From design to build to maintenance, this company does everything right. They listened to me and built exactly what I needed. I love my new space.

We have used DreamScapes at our theater for over 10 years now and are always satisfied with their work. Their regular service is exceptional, and they are quick and thorough when completing any special work asked of them.

They were very friendly to work with and I was pleased with their estimate process. They were professional and the estimate was fair and provided to me in a timely manner.

Richard really listened to me and delivered a design that showed he listened. Others did not. After I chose them, they came promptly every day (weather permitting) and did great work. They cleaned up completely when they were gone. The results are fantastic.

Richard and his team did a wonderful job. Communication is key with me and Richard did a great job with keeping in touch and following up. I'm thrilled with the finished product. It looks so amazing. I' actually having them back to do some more work for me!

Excellent! They us push mowers instead of riding mowers...makes a huge difference! Just let them know what you want done...and they make it happen! I highly recommend their maintenance services.

I have used Dreamscapes since 2010 for ongoing lawn treatments. I switched to them after using another service that made my Bermuda lawn look like they had planted weeds. Since using them my lawn looks great and service has always been punctual and pricing great for my large lawn. My technician is very helpful and informative with my lawn needs.

They're ongoing right now. I didn't shop around. I got a quote from them that seemed reasonable based on with everything getting done in other places, so I just accepted it. The punctuality may be due in part to a supply issue. This is the second time we've used them.

Used Dreamscapes for years, mostly with good results. Had an issue with ground moss in the back yard. Tech over-sprayed trying to kill it and we lost significantly more grass. I planted new sod in front yard, and it was sprayed by technician (not Chris). I asked that they replace the sod and they agreed to do so. Never happened. Complained again and requested return call to discuss. Did not happen. In December 2015 they failed to provided final year end service that was already paid for. Same with initial service in 2016. So basically they failed to provide 2 rounds that were paid for with an annual agreement, failed to replace sod that they killed, and my back yard looks awful. Had Richard even once called or dropped by to discuss, I would not be writing this review.

The yard looked great after we bought a 4-hour yard clean-up deal. They bagged up everything we asked for and then had time and bags leftover so were able to get even more work done. Everything looked great. Only issue was with scheduling. They didn't show on the day they were scheduled to come out and didn't call. I called them and they had gotten very far behind on a previous job and missed our window for that day. They came out the next day as promised, but I wish a phone call had been made the day they were supposed to show up as I came home expecting it done. I would hire again, hoping the scheduling was a one-time issue.

See above. If you simply want a blow and go service, Dreamscapes would be fine, they are reliable, clean up after themselves, and always have a very nice crew. If you want something a bit more comprehensive, I would look around. Love the people, love the owner, and love the reliability. I just missed the quality that used to set Dreamscapes apart from other landscaping companies.

In September of 2014 we sodded our entire yard. We hired Dreamscapes the following February to manage the grass and provide weed control for our beds. I should have realized from the start I was in trouble - the salesman said he'd start the services on the first of the next month but before the day was out the office had already run our credit our card and started the services. I figured they'd wait till the snow melted to treat and let it go. The next sign I was in trouble was when I asked the technician treating the yard how much it would be if I added an additional service, roundup to kill weeds in a wooded area behind the yard, and he wanted cash. I paid him, he told me he sprayed, but the weeds never died - I let that go, too. My next interaction with this company should have been the third strike, but this, too, I let go. I informed the lady running the office I would need around 100 bales of pine straw and 12 yards of mulch. Shortly after they opened I stopped by to get the first load of the four I would probably do that day as I had a few friends over to help. The lady running the office insisted I pay by the load. Really - by the load - I'm not a stranger off the street - I'm a customer that pays them monthly for their services - they know where I live - they have my credit card number and they USE it every month. I offered to have her run $1,000 on my card, but she didn't want to have to give me a credit back, too much trouble. I had to pay each and every time I time I picked up a load. Money above all else with them had been my experience with this company from the start. But boy did the yard looked great when I finished! Brand new sod that had established itself well, brown mulch in the special beds and pine straw in the rest. All was great February, March, April and some of May. But toward the end of May the weeds sprouted in massive amounts in the grass and beds. And even though we paid extra to treat with a pre-emergent and again to kill what they missed, weeds were everywhere. The grass wasn't looking good either. I called the sales guy several times to address the issues, but his wife was having a difficult labor. He'd get someone out - he promised. After several more calls with no response I called the owner. He informed me he had terminated the salesman and no one had transferred his number so they could respond to the messages - they all had just gone into the void. He was sorry. The technician finally came out. By now it was too late. The grass was dying. Brown spots everywhere. Thousands of dollars of sod - good looking, healthy sod we gave to this man to care for was dying all around us. He looked at me, "What the h*** happened?" he asked. "You did," I responded. I complained to the owner again. He came out and was amazed that the incredible yard was no more. He told me we had to act fast. He sent someone out to test the grass to see if we could determine what was causing it to die. He told me they would mail us each a copy of the report so I knew it wasn't tampered with. He assured me he would be on top of it. July came. No report. No Dreamscapes doing special efforts to save the sod. The grass continued to die. I contacted the owner. He told me he would send someone to hand pull the weeds. The technician came. He sprayed most of the by now 10 inch weeds growing in my yard, but the ones in the gardens weren't hit at all. None were hand pulled. The chemicals used weren't strong enough to kill the weeds he did spray and he certainly couldn't bring back the sod they let die. I was disgusted and on July 24th I stopped by the office. The same lady was running the office. Joy. She had the report from the company - it was our fault our grass died and the weeds overtook it. We had over watered. (I didn't even turn the water on to the sprinkler system until we started getting brown in it. I have water to bills to support this.) But, further more, all I have done since I have become a customer is complain so the lady at the office tells me. I sent an email with pictures of my dead sod filled with weeds growing taller than 12 inches and several more of the tall weeds in my beds to the owner of the company. He sent me a reply telling me I saw his technician - his technician told him - come to my house so he knows the tech pulled the weeds. I wonder where he thinks I got the weeds in the pictures from - the neighbors house and replanted them just to p*** him off. Nope - cause the neighbor has a yard company that actually does what they get paid to do. As far as the grass situation - my dead sod he was paid to care for - he'll over seed it in the fall at a discount. Stay away from this company at all costs.

We hired Dreamscapes based on the glowing reviews on Angies List. Everything went poorly after our initail visit. The weekly team members never showed up on the correct day. We understand that weather can be a factors for weekly mowing, but these were all planning problems at Dreamscapes. They missed the first consult for our new landscape installation after I had taken the day off to wait for them. No one ever called, and I had to call them to find out what was going on. That became theme of our experience with Dreamscapes. Missed appointments, bad work, and little follow up. Nothing ever went smoothly, from gates left open, to not edging or weeding, and scalping areas of the yard. We got endless apologies, but nothing was ever made right. Finally when we cancelled the contract, they skipped the final week of service even thought we had paid through the end of the month. We requested a refund, and we were assured that was not a problem, but of course we have yet to recieve it a month later. We really wanted to work with Dreamscapes. They seem like nice people, but at the end of the day, the poor service and broken promises made it not worth our time. Update: after the review was published we received the refund they promised initially.

Great Job cutting and pruning the bushes and hedges. Not so great job clearing of the leaves. All of the leaves were blown to the my rear fence which I had explicitly advised them NOT to do. They did a good job on the front yard but the back yard you could tell was a bit rushed.

Unable to provide service. Yard was to big. They said to ask for a refund.

This is an update from previous review. The owner Richard Allen contacted me directly. He apologized for the experience I had received. He asked if he could re-quote to try to win my business back. He came promptly on Saturday, June 5th at 9 am. Discussed what we were wanting to do, made several measurements. He gave me the quote and reduced it by $100 for the inconvenience I experienced. I explained to him that I was having two other landscapers provide quotes. He offered some warnings that I should watch for. He was forth coming in information and how they would handle the job which I appreciated. I decided to go with one of the other landscapers due to pricing difference. I believe that Richard and his company provide a quality service from other examples I have seen but they need to improve in initial customer experience and be more competitive with their pricing. He requested that I change or delete the reviews I left on this website and BBB.

The service went fine. One person came out and completed the work in about 20-25 minutes. He did a great job but I did not interact with them too much. I had no problem scheduling the service. 2 weeks

I purchased a coupon for weed spraying and the Dreamscapes stated that they came out and sprayed however, weeds have proliferated in my yard. I called them to complain and they gave me a long story about how they use a weed killer that works for some weeds and not other types. They came out again and after a week there was no visible sign that any weeds were dying in my yard. I ended up spraying for weeds myself. I would not recommend using this company.

Never showed up. This is the second deal I've purchased from Angie and never got what I've paid for. I'd like my money back from both purchases. Angie dose credits not refunds. Beware.

They did an excellent job. Different teams were out for the different parts of the project and completed the job in less than a week. They were all very friendly and the foreman was great at listening to what we were looking for. They offered a lot of great suggestions on what we would do and provided different options for us to choose from to make us happy. Their pricing was competitive and fair. They were punctual and great at cleaning up after themselves. I have even considered using them for routine lawn maintenance instead of the company I am using now.

I have been using the company for about 3 years. They do a very quality and detailed job. When I needed special things done they worked with me to get them done. The staff is very cooperative and proactive. They do what they say they will. I have never had any difficulties scheduling them out for when I need.

The service went well. I had them deliver the materials to me. It was easy to schedule the delivery for when I needed. I thought the pricing was fair.
