The service went well. I had them deliver the materials to me. It was easy to schedule the delivery for when I needed. I thought the pricing was fair.

The service went well. A crew of 6-7 came out and completed the job in about 2 weeks. They were very professional and hardworking. When something did not go right the supervisor took care of it quickly without me having to address my concern. They did a great job with the soil amendment. They are willing to work with you and happy to adjust the design to your aesthetics and price range. I would definitely work with them again.

The estimate was exactly what we expected and the pricing was fair. We just decided to do the project ourselves and save on labor. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He offered good advice even though he knew we would not be using their service. I had no problem scheduling the estimate.

We ended up not using them for the association because their pricing was too high. We were looking to have them do some edging, mowing and sprucing up the plants. I have seen they do really nice work for a neighbor of mine. I had no problem scheduling their estimate. I believe their head guy came out to meet with me. If we could afford them we would use them. They also have nice trucks and a really nice staff.

I have been using the company for about 9 years. We had used the owner, Richard Allen, before he started with Dreamscapes. One of the technicians named, Leno, is very good at what he does. He is very meticulous and pleasant to work with. We love the constancy of his work. If anything is not right all I have to do is call the office and they will make sure it is taken care of. They have never missed an appointment unless it is weather related and they will send out an email to let you know they will not be coming out.

They are a fabulous company and very creative. They were very responsive and always showed up on time. I got exactly what I paid for. I recommended the company to several others who were also pleased. The staff were great at cleaning up after themselves and put everything back better than it was to begin with. They were all very experienced workers and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the company to others and I was very pleased with the work they did for me.

The service went well. The ponds look really nice to this day. The staff were very friendly and professional. I live close to the facility so the owner would come by often to check in on the project. I had no problem scheduling with the company.

They do pretty good work with and generally do what they say they will. Most of the staff have done great work and if I ever have a problem with anyone I can call the office and they will straighten it out. I have not had any problems scheduling with them when I need.

The service went well. One landscaper came out and completed the job in about 4-5 hours. I had them clear our lot. Everything went smoothly with the work done. We did have some difficulties getting in touch with the company for scheduling.

A woman came out to start a landscape design. I cut her a check for $300 to get the project started. I had to call them back to see when I would get my design and she said she would need to come back out for measurements. I do not know why she did not take measurements the first time she was out. We had a lot of back and forth before I finally told them I wanted my money back. I ended up going with another company for the project.

I have been using the company for about 10 years. They are consistent and reliable. They never forget me and always show up as scheduled. The staff are very professional and do great work. I had them do some special landscaping for me about 5 years ago. They came out right away to take care of that for me.

I have been using the company for about 8 years. They do an excellent job and their pricing is very competitive. They are very reliable. If I ever need anything extra done they are very responsive and happy to do so for me. They are very professional and friendly. They have all been very pleasant to work with.

He did have a lot of unskilled workers in the crew. A lot of the guys may have been on the job just 1 or 2 days. I felt like they were careless in a lot of way. The project turned out okay in the end. They were just rough and inconsiderate of what I was asking. The lady who drew up the design, Meg, was out there with the landscapers the entire time. I am glad she was or I am not sure they would have done the job very well at all. She was very professional and did a wonderful job. The owner never came out to check in on the project. I was not very pleased at all with their service and would not use them again. The pricing was also very high. They were supposed to come out 3 months after the project to make sure that everything was holding up okay. I ended up having to contact them because some plants had died. Meg ended up coming back out to replace the plants because they totally forgot to come back out.

They did an excellent job. They had great personal service. They delivered the project on time and stuck with the estimated pricing. I was not present for the service but managed the project. I had no difficulties scheduling the service and they showed up on time.

The two men that came to lay the mulch down were terrific! They were so polite, friendly, and willing to do a perfect job for me. I am very happy with this company and have even called back to request quotes for some hardscaping as well. The calls with the owner were punctual and the job was completed within a week. The men came out with a truckload of mulch (in the right color) and helped to set up the beds even though I was supposed to have them ready. They were just contracted to bring and lay the mulch. They also helped me (elderly woman) to clip some vines and with my saw, even cut a shrub stub down to the ground! The care they took to put the mulch in nice and thick was great. The one man who raked the mulch did a perfect job and made sure there were no mounds anywhere and even helped me clean up brush when he was finished. I could not have asked for nor expected a better job than I received. I am completely satisfied.

We have been using the company almost a year. We have been very pleased with their work. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They typically come out on their own when the service is needed.

They have a lawn service and they also supply landscaping materials. The experience was extremely positive. My guess is from just looking at what I’ve seen in the Atlanta area, it’s probably a high rate because it is expensive. The quality of their service is excellent.

I met with Richard (owner) a couple of times before the work began. We discussed a number of changes we wanted to make to our front yard. We were eager to get Richard's thoughts since we were not really sure what we wanted to do. In the end, we came away with a yard that exceeded our expectations. Richard started on the date he promised and finished within 3 days - as he had expected. We changed our mind at the last minute and asked Richard to put down sod instead of seed. He started laying sod the same day...and finished the next day. I would like to add that Richard's crew were really great. They arrived on time, were great workers, polite, and professional. Throughout the process, Richard and his office personnel kept in touch via email and text. For me, this worked extremely well. Richard has also followed up with me over the past few days... providing helpful tips on how to best maintain my new lawn - which I appreciate.

My lawn after being cared for by another service for over a year looked like I had planted weeds. After the first treatment by Dreamscapes most weeds were gone. Now It is mostly weed free despite my neighbors yard which is mostly weeds. I have been very happy with their service and would not use anyone else.

We have been a customer of Dreamscapes for a very long time. He does beautiful work. He has done some landscaping designs and they are very good. They know exactly what they need to do in our yard.

His man came out and started the job and did it right. The job supervisor came out and made him rip down what was done and start over because he was going to use too many pavers. To make the story short there was 2 feet of dirt still on the neighbors fence when the job was done. He was to backfill the the hill and put plantings in that I purchased. They left the job with dirt everywhere (where they had removed it from the fence) and partially burried my existing plants. Never installed the dirt or plants that I bought. I spent 15-20 hours myself moving the dirt and planting the shrubs. The job should have been around $2600 and I refused to pay for his mess. We came to an agreement of $1500 and that was that. I am a widow and I thought I had hired the best. He had apologized but tell that to my chiropractor. His communication skills with his staff is horrible. What a nightmare.

The guy was punctual and overall the service was satisfactory. He didn't clean out the aerate machine when he was air aerating so there was a bunch of weeds in the machine and it couldn't go far in the soil. I would use them again but I would just tell them to clean their machine.

The grading and quality of work that was done was very good. Their communication could have been a little bit better.

I haven’t made a decision yet. They are a little high priced and I am waiting to get a few more bids and I just haven’t done that yet.

Requested that they perform a core aeration of my lawn. They were very cordial and professional in dealing with them, however, the quality of the aeration left a lot to be desired. At least 50% of the yard showed little, if any, indication that a core aeration was performed. Compared to past aerations that I've had done, this one didn't measure up.
