Description of Work: We were over billed and made the mistake (because we had used his services before and he had done work for several neighbors) of not having a written contract! Our mistake was trusting him. We paid quite a bit of money as the job progressed. He did a terrible job and over ordered way to much of expensive supplies that we paid for and can't return and under ordered on other items that we then had to go out and purchase. The job was never completed and left in a MESS. He basically quit because we would not pay anymore money until the job was completed. It has cost us so far over $7000 to fix his mistake's and that is just to fix what was already done not mentioning the additional money to complete the overall project, In summary we will have put out of pocket twice the oringal verbal quote, We asked our 2 neighbors whose major projects he had completed that looked amazing and they both told us yes their yards looked great they were milked for more money and were to embaressed to say that. I wanted to sue in small claims but no written contract. A very expensive lesson learned.

+ -1 moreI found Chris through Angie's List after deciding it was time to say goodbye to a large national company. Chris was great. He responded to my email inquiry within a day or two, and offered to come out the same day for service. He asked if I had been experiencing any problems, and recommended easy solutions to prevent problems from recurring (trimming bushes and trees away from house, etc). He started indoors and sprayed all of the floorboards & windows around the house with a pet-safe dessicant. Then he went outside and knocked down webs from the house using a broom, and applied a few different treatments. I didn't ask for details on the items he used for treating outdoors. He also placed bait in the crawlspace to prevent any problems. I like that Chris does not believe in contracts, and said he would rather keep customers by earning their business.

Listened to my issues, walked me through the situation. He answered all of my questions & didn't have a problem with me following him around. He was amazing.
Description of Work: Placed ant killer in all ant trails, powered nooks & crannies with insect killer. Knocked down spider webs were seen especially in the garage. Sprayed insect killer around perimeter of house & dusted with killer as well.

+ -1 moreCoyne Pest Control did his quarterly visit to prevent vermin and insects. We were just having problems with spiders and silverfish when he returned. It took him about an hour to perform the services above. After a week, all of the pest counts went to zero. We continue to have no roaches, mice, or ants.
Description of Work: 1) 100% spray of the interior perimeter of the house - upstairs and downstairs. 2) Bait the attic 3) Sweep the exterior for cobwebs 4) Go around the exterior for ants 5) 100% visual inspection for evidence of pests

He provides outstanding service and goes above and beyond. I really appreciate the special dry formula he uses rather than the liquid, it works very well.

He then spent the next hour doing what he does best: arming me against bugs, ants, and rodents. He exceeded my expectations with his attention to detail. I feel sorry for any current or future bugs in my house!
Description of Work: Chris walked and inspected my whole house, inside and out, to get a big picture perspective. Then, he went right to work attacking every nook and crannie with his magic stuff. He was much more thorough than I had expected. There was no smell or after effects.
