My laptop went completely black and locked up on a FRIDAY!!! Yep all my files were no longer accessible. I could turn on my laptop only to be greeted by a black screen. In a panic, because I work from home, I started praying really hard and went old-school by going through the phonebook in a desperate search for some immediate help. I needed someone close by and who could deal with me and my hysteria. The "Geek Gods" took mercy on me and I found the Joann White of Computer Ladybugs!!!! I explained my issue via phone and was told to bring my laptop in. I did just that anticipating the worst - having to replace it. With no promises made, Joann said it would take her 24 hours to assess the issue and she would call me. By the end of the next business day she called, and in laymen terms tried to tell me what was wrong...all I needed to hear was those magic words that eventually flowed from her lips "that she could fix it and it would cost me less then $200.00!" Done & Done!!! My laptop was repaired and was ready in two days. When I picked it up, my laptop had been cleaned, all my files had been restored and its been running like a gem ever since. As a matter of fact, I am writing this review from it right now. Today, I now use a back-up system, my Seagate Portable Drive and if ever my laptop dies again this company will be the first one I will call.
