Owner Tim is unreliable and has no scruples

Did reasonable work removing critters, but didn't return or return phone calls for several weeks after being paid. Work to seal up openings in roof had not yet been started or completed as agreed. Eventually responded to inquiry after many many calls, but having a number of challenges outside of work that made company unreliable.

Their workman gave us an estimate of $600 for the repair work. We arranged for our neighbor to let him in because we were out of town. He never contacted our neighbor and kept giving excuses over the phone about not being able to get them. The owner of the company charged us the $600 on our credit card and the work had still not been done. She said their employee told her he had done it. When we asked their employee if he had done the work he said "have you been up on the roof?" - this said to a 70 year old lady. He was very unprofessional. One of the owners, Tammie, was very helpful in resolving the problem. She met us and saw that their employee had lied to them. She and her husband fired the man and then she went up on the roof and fixed it herself. Her husband, Tim, had been in the hospital and could not come. Tim was probably having a rough day, but before he had proof that the work was not done, he completely believed his employee and defended him. I thought that he should have been more loyal to customers than to an employee, but he could not believe the man had lied to him, so he assumed we were lying to him. That interaction left a bad feeling all around, but Tammie apologized on his behalf. I think it would have been nicer to get a personal apology from him, but he had been in the hospital, so we?re giving him the benefit of the doubt. Bottom line: Tammie did a wonderful job and stands by their work.

Very pleased. Called Friday morning day after Thanksgiving after my wife said she'd been hearing a slow-moving animal walking around in the attic at night the last few weeks. Catch it Wild called within 5 minutes of leaving a message, talked to us about what animal we might have in the attic and told me clearly that it would cost $175 to come out and inspect and set the traps and make recommendations and estimates for any repairs needed, and an additional $40 per animal for removal. Mark came out later that afternoon to inspect and set the traps. Mark was friendly and helpful and said we could call any time, 7 days, even at night once the animal was trapped, which should just take a day or 2.

Tim removed a dead cat and a dead bird that were causing an odor in our crawlspace. He also inspected the crawlspace, and gave me an estimate for fixing some holes. His estimate seemed very reasonable compared to similar work we've had done, but he also told me how to do it myself for about $10. He didn't charge extra for removing the dead animals, which makes his total charges pretty low. Overall I was extremely pleased with his work.

GREAT JOB, CAME OUT ON WEEKEND AND EXAMINED AREA, SET TRAP AND CAUGHT ANIMAL BY NEXT MORNING.
