Overall it went well once they got started. They were very punctual, respectful and very professional. However, the communication between the office personnel and scheduling the job is poor waiting on callbacks. Having to make too many calls to them to schedule your job was frustrating. I felt at one point they really didn't want the job and I started getting other bids even though I used Casey in the past several times and have always enjoyed their final product. It's getting the upfront scheduling where they fall short. The owner of the company is an extremely personable individual but one shouldn't have to rely on him to ensure good service. That's something one should expect when contracting a business to perform an agreed upon service!

Casey's Professional Painting are great. They've got a crew that works quickly. They're not perfect, but they do a pretty darn good job and have a very good price. They will tackle any job, big or small. They did all that painting for me for an unreal price.

The initial experience was fine, the painters were nice, prompt and courteous. One year later we noticed that the stain on our cedar shakes were peeling off, in some areas, there is no color on the house. We were getting ready to call another painter to come and repaint the house when we looked at our contract and notice the 5 year guarantee. We called the company and the representative on the phone was very nice until he said he would put us down for a touch up and my husband asked what that meant. The representative got very sarcastic and told him that he wasn't going to repaint the whole house. When my husband explained that he wasn't asking for that, the representative got nasty and told him, I have you on the list. My husband then asked when he could expect a call for them to come out, the representative told him in a very nasty tone that he couldn't tell him that and that there were a lot of people ahead of us. We are concerned that the "touch ups' will show since the house has been exposed to the elements for a year and a half. I am very disappointed in the professionalism of the person manning their phones as well. We will see what happens when the painters come out.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the painting of the wood cabinet in the bathroom. A call to Brad and he arranged for a call-back and painting of the cabinet at an agreed upon and reasonable additional price. The cabinet was not included in the original estimate and I had overlooked that. The original work was done in one day by a crew (Crew Chief Luis) of 5 workers who were neat and clean in getting the work done.

The crew did everything Brad promised during his first visit to give us an estimate.

It started out great - but had some issues with the front door sticking and called them back. Took many calls to get them back. The salesperson was very rude when I called back to discuss the issues that I was seeing. Now the previous color that trim was painted is showing through. Apparently they didn't use a primer. Have made many calls back to try and get this resolved and have basically been told not to call back. Very unprofessional team. Very Disappointed. Continue to try and resolve w/o any progress.

They are very thorough, gave all the information. They were very clean and came back a second time for an inspection. Their workmanship is excellent.

The company rep Todd was running late by 15 or 30 minutes, so he called and let me know, which I appreciated. He gave me a written estimate that was only a couple hundred dollars more than the guy who did our roof. That guy's unreliable and unprofessional, and the roof work was not done very well, so I'm satisfied that the Casey's estimate is fair *and* that they will do a good job. They provided the estimate in a folder, with names and addresses and phone numbers of people in the local area who will provide references about how well the work was done for them. We live in Rome, which is a little bit of a drive from Acworth--about 40 miles--but I'm glad that they will "travel" to do the work for us. In Rome, there are a lot of "casual" painters and contractors, but I really want the work done professionally, and so far I like the way Casey's operates. We have started the process of using Casey's to paint the house, and will update after it's done. :)

They had 6 -7 people work on our home and they did a beautiful job. The workers were very professional and made sure that we were happy with their work. They quoted us a price and kept their word. Rick was our contact who provided the written estimate and Luis was in charge of the workers on the job. Both Rick and Luis were very easy to talk with and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to repaint their home. Casey's Painting advertises that "re-painting" is their specialty and I was very pleased with their work!

They did a good job. I felt it was a fair price. They do a follow up. It was a good experience.

I completely changed the paint colors on my home and was a little worried about 1) did I pick the right colors and 2) would everything get covered completely. The most difficult to cover was the dark brown on the inset of the windows that we were switching to match the new cream trim. Casey's Painting did an excellent job and the house looks like a brand new home. The guys were professional, conscientious about the quality of work, and very careful around my flowers and shrubs. We have a hot tub in the screened porch and they were very meticulous to make sure it was covered and completely protected while they were painting. They moved everything--exterior lights, pots, etc. and put everything back like they found it. The only thing that didn't cooperate for the job was the weather. We originally scheduled the job to being on 2/13 but due to freezing cold temperatures and rain the start date was pushed to 2/21. Once they arrived the work went quickly and efficiently. They were completely done with everything in four days. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality paint job. I will use them again soon when we get ready to paint some interior rooms.

They gave an estimate for painting the outside of our house.

First Rate Job. The crew was on time, professional, and nice. They knew what they had to do and started work the minute they arrived on site. The house looks great! They matched the paint color from the original color. I didn't have them do the trim, but they did a great job of keeping it (and my carpet) clean. All and all, I gave them straight "A"s. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again.

They were pretty good. I spent around $1790. We got a couple of bids and Casey's Professional Painting was in the middle. I would use their services in the future too.

They were very professional. They use their own employees instead of contracting the work out. They have workers comp and liability insurance. I checked it with their insurance company, because that meant a lot to me. They were excellent with cleaning up. They worked very hard. They were neat. The guys worked well as a team together. They were reliable and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very quick. They did the job promptly.

Very good experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional, on time, and did the work in a short time frame. They covered everything and took extra care not to get paint on floors or cabinets. We could not find a drop of paint anywhere. They also took down all fixtures in the bath and put them back after painting. Very professional job. Would most certainly would use them again.

We had some delays in start up due to Mother Nature's intervention with rain and below freezing temps but once all was good in that department it was full steam ahead. Joey came out with his team and made sure everyone knew what had to be done. When the job was completed Joey was back out to make sure all met his standards and mine. There was one small item undone but it was addressed immediately. My house looks fresh and gorgeous!

Overall, it was a good experience. Quality of work looks very good at initial completion. Crew were polite and hard working. The crew chief communicated fairly well (English is his 2nd language) and paid good attention to detail. Cost was higher than other estimates, but quality seems to justify it. Main glitch: their equipment often tripped our Ground Fault Interrupt circuit and reset switch was inside, necessitating a trip or two home to reset. May be a problem in our system, but it works OK on everything else we plug in. I would use them again.

Casey's Painters were prompt, polite, and adhered to their quote. They did a good job covering the shrubs with tarps and masking the windows prior to spray painting. I would use Casey again, but I would ask them to do a better job cleaning up after themselves.

I was very impressed by the total quality work these men did. Every bit of the contract was explained to me well beforehand, including details right down to the trim work and what each thing would cost. They were extremely efficient and when they cleaned up it was as if they were never there. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
