The man that gave me the estimate was very professional although the price was a little high for the budget I wanted to use to do this. That is ok though, they were very nice, professional, and I would probably use their services in the future.

I wasnt pleased with the work that was done at all. They ripped an awning, and left metal nails laying around in my front yard, which tore up my lawn mower. The service was terrible and when they left my yard was in complete disarray. They didnt even let me know they were done working, and ready to leave. Once I saw the yard and the gutters I understood why they were in such a hurry. I did get them to pay for the awning to be replaced. What I was charged for the gutters was not bad, but after everything else I would steer clear of them in the future.

I got 4 different estimates and Casey's was right in the middle. The salesman was knowledgeable about cedar homes and that staining them allows the wood to breath and will not peel. The 2 of the other companies did not know that and the 3rd told me that stain can't be color matched to the colors I had already chosen, but this man knew his stuff and told me stain could be color matched. I did personally check this out and found it to me true. He gave me a copy of their insurance, references, and they are a member of the BBB. The crew was on time each day and cleaned up each day too. They pressured washed the house, replaced rotten wood, sanded, and chaulked. They paint job looks great and I would hire them again.

Home was pressure washed very well. The following day the salesman, accompanied by the crew-boss and the home-owner, surveyed the entire job and agreed as to how the work would be done. The job was begun and completed satisfactorily and on schedule (modified by a day and a half of rainy weather. The three-man crew was obviously experienced and ambitious. They were also friendly and courteous. Overall, we were very pleased with the finished job. We noticed a couple minor items later which were very easily corrected. The price of the job was reasonable.
