C&R came out to two of my houses on April 25th at 4:00 PM to perform roof, gutter, and pressure washing services. I was impressed at their prompt arrival, especially since I had scheduled the appointment last minute the previous day. Their employee came to the door to confirm the services and explained what I should expect in terms of duration, noise, etc. They were here later than expected due to an equipment issue BUT they handled this VERY professionally as well. They informed me of the delay, immediately addressed the issue, and completed all work before leaving. They completed the work around 7:45 PM and took the time to ensure that I was happy with the services that were provided. About the services: The gutters on one house were in a state of total neglect from the previous owner; however, they paid extra attention to them during cleaning - they look FAR better than I would have anticipated. They performed a complete cleaning on the roof and removed the roof and gutter debris from the driveways, decks, sidewalks. They pressure washed the houses and driveways and left them looking like the best two houses on the block! As an extra, they even took the time to pressure wash the mailboxes and posts which made a vast difference in the curb appeal of both properties. I will definitely use their services again in the future and appreciate their detailed communication and professional work. PROS: - Answered all of my questions and reviewed their services with me before scheduling the appointment - Very professional on the phone and in person - They were on time and stayed late to complete the job - They did small extras to make the houses look wonderful - The owner came by to inspect the progress during the service CONS: - Services took longer than expected, but they handled the delay very professionally
