We had used them 5 or 6 years ago and the results have been awful. We hired them to come in and address mold and mildew that was in our shower. The owner came and explained that any time you get that type of mold and mildew it means that our shower wasn't installed correctly. He talked us into fully in casing the shower with tile all the way up and now we have it worse than ever before. We received another opinion and it has been made clear to us the way they installed it has caused this to be a more extreme issue. Now we are going to have to take the top half off and have mold and mildew resistant sheet rock installed.

They started on the exact day that they said they would and completed the job in the time estimated. All quality workmanship was done on this job and with a concern for dust generation and cleanliness. Each day areas were left tidy and problem areas covered or protected. As with all jobs there were glitches that one cannot predict. The measure of a company is how they deal with these glitches and Atlanta Tile Services was outstanding in this area. The tile work is so incredibly beautiful and the workmanship is some of the finest that I have seen. So much of my positive experience with this job and company was because of Harvey Abernathy. Harvey was the Supervisor but did the tearout, plumbing, the shower work, heated floor, beautiful tile work, Harvey is a master tile worker. In addition, he is fast, efficient, and neat while being a genuinely nice person to work with. Jessi Porter did a flawless job with the sheetrock and painting. It is impossible to find the openings made to run the electrical. Mike Teti installed the new circuit and thermostat for the heated floor and went above and beyond in making sure everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend all of these professionals if you want a job done right and want to have your expectations exceeded. Every day I thoroughly love being in my new remodeled Master Bath and Shower.

I thought this company's prices were great. I mean, other companies would have asked way more and I know it. I mean, from their design lady to the guy who put the tiles up and installed them, they were great. I was totally pleased with them and they just did a great job.

MEANWHILE VICTOR WITH THE GROUT DOCTOR CHARGED US ONLY $350.00 TO RE-GROUT THE SHOWER - AS REQUESTED - HE AND HIS TEAM DID A VERY GOOD JOB. OUR SHOWER LOOKS NICE AND NEW. We could not comprehend Atlanta Tile Services recommendation to install a completely new shower with new tiles, new glass & door, & pan & step construction. We have no active leaking, and the tiles are in good condition. I didn't trust the quote, so doubt I would trust the work. Plus they charge a $25.00 quote fee. We will certainly recommend Victor w/ the Grout Doctor to our neighbors. Our neighborhood is nearly 15 years old, and most everyone is needing this re-grouting to be done. (Supposed to be done about every 7 - 8 years - if not sooner).

THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. FAST AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY HAD MAILED OUT A 15% OFF COUPON.

QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE ABLE TO MIX THE UPDATES WITH THE EXISTING TILE WORK.
