Excellent! Bob was able to remove pet odor from our couch and oversized chair as well as from the carpet and area rugs. The furniture, carpet, and rugs now all look and smell great. Just in time for our Thanksgiving guests! :-) He was even able to remove some stains we thought would never come out. Bob was also very friendly and sweet. I felt very comfortable having him and his helper in my home while my husband was not around.

We used this company before, as the work was done extremely well. We have asked them to clean carpets even at our rental property. They were punctual, reasonably priced and very thorough. Would definitely use again.

We have had Bob clean our carpets many times over the past 10 years. This is our first review only because we just joined Angie's List. The reason we keep going back to Atlanta Luster Kleen is because of the way the job was handled on the first visit. We bought our house from a smoker. The whole house smelled like stale smoke, so before moving in we called Atlanta Luster Kleen. They were able to get the smell out of the carpets and the whole house. The carpet looked great, and it was dry within an hour or so. Bob and his helper were very friendly and professional and charged us exactly what was quoted. Nothing more. We had called a couple of other companies for quotes too, but when they arrived suddenly the price was going to go up. It was like the price that was quoted over the phone was just low enough to get their foot in the door. That was not the case with Atlanta Luster Kleen. Very honest, professional, and friendly.
