Description of Work: We had pipes burst during the freeze. There was no one available to help. Our adjuster told us to call Archer. They were nice and got the fans in place and ripped up some of our floor. They received over $8,000 for that work. When it came to the restoration, well this is where is got nasty. I suppose they didn't have any subs to do the work and when they finally found someone, he came to my home and told me he really didn't know why he was at my house because he already knew what to do and that Archer wanted him to come just to shut me up. He told me the manager "Keith was very arrogant and hard to deal with." The sub told me Archer hadn't paid him yet and he was sick of it. I was beginning to get worried at this point. He left and was scheduled to come back to start the work. He calls me early that morning and said, "I don't know when I can be there. I'm trying to get my paycheck from Archer." By now, I am too nervous to have this guy back. I told him, not worry about it and we would go with another company. Keith from Archer calls me. I told him I could not deal with these types of issues. Keith said, "Your effing crazy!" I was shocked! He said, "He's not getting his check, he had a flat tire you stupid B**ch!" I couldn't believe it. I don't know who was telling lies to who but you don't treat a customer like that! It got worse. He called my husband at work and told my husband that I called him some really awful names that I can't even put on here and would never even thought to say. I am still amazed to this day that a company can have someone on their staff who would treat someone so badly because they are having trouble paying their people. They put me in the middle of their issues and in the end, KEITH made up lies and cussed me like an animal. There are other young guys that work there that are so nice and friendly. They treated us with respect and worked hard. Unfortunately, their manager has some anger issues. I hope he doesn't treat everyone this way who works for him. That would be a shame. Horrible, horrible experience on top of having your house flooded. Trust Dale also recommended them on his website. Wow, you just don't know who to trust anymore. If Archer comes back with a bad response, you can trust it's a lie. Good luck!

Description of Work: Repaired the roof and interior of our home where a pine tree limb fell during a storm and damaged 5 rooms of our home.

Description of Work: I had a series of leaks in my finished basement and garage. Archer perfored the restoration and contracted all the work to replace and repair serious damage. This included drying out all damage and then contracting for carpet replacement, ceiling repair, wall repair and painting. The people they subbed were outstanding and did fantastic work.

Description of Work: I used Archer Restoration Services Inc to redo my bathroom after a flood. They also did painting, redid tile work as well as repaired wood.

Description of Work: THEY CAME IN AND CLEANED UP WATER, DRIED THE HOUSE OUT, CLEANED UP DEBRIS AND BROUGHT IN AN ELECTRICAL SURGE PROTECTOR.
