They did a good job. I was very pleased and they were pleasent people.

Matt and gang were very professional and took care of all the leaks in the pipes. The work looks professional and was done in a timely manner. The office called us about an hour before the appt and told us that the workers were on their way and would be there within the next 30 minutes. We would use them again.

The service men arrived on time and were very polite. They were eager to please as was evidenced by their initiative to clear a drain in one of our bathtubs without us ever bringing attention to it. They fixed a leak in one of our toilets as part of the service and finished the job in roughly 30 minutes.

They were supposed to be at my house between 12-2 but didn't show up until about 6:30. Came out and did a toilet tune-up one one toilet. He then took an hour to try to fix a toilet that didn't work at all. He then said I needed to buy a whole new toilet and that he wouldn't be able to fix my current toilet. I was about to buy a whole new toilet but then I ran into someone in the store. I was able to get someone else to come out and fix that toilet in 15 minutes.

They were very nice. They just checked 2 of my toilets. Tinkered a couple things and that was it.

Overall they did what I paid them for plus. Very professional and helpful.

Looked at a toilet and gave me a very high quote for a "running" toilet.

The technician arrived during the appointment time. He was to change out my old garbage disposal with a new one that I had bought because the old one had stopped working. The technician checked my old disposal and found out that it just needed to be reset. I had checked to see if that was the problem but did not find the right button to reset and he knew exactly where it was! So he saved me $90 because I could return the new disposal I had purchased as my old one now works just fine!!! Thanks so much!!!!!

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and I was very pleased with them. They were very knowledgeable and came on time. We didn't have outside water and we didn't know why. They found the shutoff; one was underneath the sink, downstairs in the basement, and the other one was underneath the laundry sink. We had a plumber previously that could not find why we didn't have water. They also installed a garbage disposal for us. We used their $69 special and because they had to reroute some things underneath my sink, it only ended up costing me $68.

Both of the guys (Matt/Chris) that came to my house were not only very professional, but they were helpful too. While they were fixing my toilets they explained what additionally could be done. While they were doing the plumbing inspection of all drains, toilets and water heater they gave me great tips on keeping my water heater and keeping my drains clear. The coupon cost $60 plus one hour of service $165. I would use them again.

The technician arrived on time and was so nice and professional. I was really impressed with how helpful and knowledgable he was. The services were performed very efficiently. I can tell a big difference in both of my tanks. One was running and the other would not flush consistently. Overall, great job to them!

Everything went well, they did not have the particular flapper valve that matched my toilet on the truck, so we had to schedule them to come back. They completed the work after the part came in.

It was < OK. Although, buyers of the deal should be aware of what they are getting: As the deal says, if you heater is > 3 years, and functioning, as rightly pointed out , no flush will be performed. That is the main attraction of the deal, to me. So you really don't get your money's worth. There is no toilet tuning or any such thing, they look at at it , and tell you whether its functioning properly or not, now how is that of any value, you use it every day, you know if its working or not. Basically, you are paying for someone experienced to just come and take a look at plumbing, and get quotes for stuff that may not be working. Personally, I think , its money down the drain.

He didn't have the correct parts to do everything I needed done, so I ended up still doing some repairs on my toilets myself - the flappers he had weren't the right fit for my toilets. He also tried much too hard to sell me a new toilet when I complained of problems with my toilets backing up. Thankfully, I got advice from someone else not so intent on a sale to switch toilet paper. I did and haven't had a problem since. I'm far more inclined to stay with providers who give me honest, good advice, than with ones focused on making a quick buck by selling me as much as possible. That being said, the work was fine and I haven't had trouble with it. There weren't any problems - but I wasn't all that impressed. Good solid work, but not outstanding service, I guess is how I'd sum up. Just don't let him sell you a new toilet when switching toilet paper is all you need!

Fixed leaky toilet with new flush valve. When water connection later started to leak, repairman returned, investigated and replaced worn. original water line cutoff with a new one. Excellent workmanship and response to the leak event.

Scheduling was easy, and although they arrived late it was due to traffic congestion. My only complaint was that I had to call the company to find out why they were late, as opposed to them calling me to tell me that. But the service was excellent and they replaced the heater without a problem.

It was a harder job than I originally thought and was handled quickly and professionally.

He is very generous with his time and he fixed two problems, he identified one that if we would call him back, he's going to fix that but the $69 only covered two things and that was fine. One was an aerator for the kitchen sink faucet and we both felt purely very silly that we couldn't fix it ourselves and we couldn't figure it and he looked at that. He pulled out an old, like gasket, a ring or something and the new one that we bought went in perfectly and then we showed him a mud room toilet and he said no problem, I'll fix that too. I was not sure if it was leaking or not, I think it was and also a couple of months ago we had found it to be running like crazy even though we don't use it very much and he fixed that too. Actually, we got them because of the Big Deal but first of all, because my older son who also is an Angie's List member in Missouri, anytime he needs something done that he can't handle, he called whoever is in your catalog. There were no messes when they job was done. I expect to call them back and see what else is wrong with the upstairs in the last room is attached to the lower one in the bathroom of the laundry room, and he could say he could fix that but I run out of time with the $69 deal so we had kept that information. Also when we get done with a tree in the backyard and pay in for a new air conditioner, and paying for the improvements to our electrical system to the tune up like $3,000, then we will think about something else.

He was polite and very efficient.
