I took a day off work and made an appointment for between 3-5pm. No show, no call. I called main # before they closed at 5pm and the man that answered said Plumber was running late but finished up a job that took longer than expected and he was in my area and headed my way and to give him another 1/2 hr. Not a problem, I understand days don't go as planned. But, an hour later the Plumber called to say it would probably be another 20 minutes. I had to leave house in an hr so I told him I couldn't be there. He said someone from the office would call me in the morning to reschedule. It's been 3 weeks and no call. I had other services I planned to use them for, but I'll go elsewhere. Someone from the company should have called me about delay when they couldn't make appointment time, and then when they knew the services were not done, should have contacted me with apology and offer to reschedule. Customers shouldn't have to initiate all contact. I understand this was a 'coupon call', but I'm still a paying customer that would have had other services done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. They did the work that I needed done. Unfortunately, my water heater was too old to be flushed with this kind of service up front so I didn’t get the full package but it’s okay. They did well. They were on time.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. My sister met with them because I had to go to work. She said they gave some really good recommendations and that everything was fine; he was really nice.

The service I received from American Freedom Plumbing was good. But they did not do the water heater that I needed. They just did other stuff instead, like replacing some pipes and things like that. They were right on time.

They had to reschedule due to an emergency. We set time between 12-2 the next day. They called and stated the man would be there at 1130, I told him that was not exceptable . The first guy was very nice, but he did not do the work. My toilet flushing is still not working properly. They said they did an inspection and did not inspect anything. The toilet is still not working. I called back the next day and left a message, and I did not get a return call. I called on Friday and left a message and was told that the manager would call me back. It is now Tuesday and still have not received a phone call. I have to go else where toget the toilet repaired.

It was a smooth job. The same size of water heater is higher than Home Depot. Overall is well done.

I purchased this service as one of Angie's Big Deals, which got me one plumbing service of my choice for $69. Provider was on time, pleasant, and professional. Turns out that normally installing a faucet in which the pedestal sink has also to be unassembled would normally be charged as 2 services, but since it was my first time using the company and because the person making the appt hadn't specified as such, the provider didn't charge me any extra. No problems with the installation and everything worked fine afterward. I would use this provider again.

The guy did look at my toilets, but honestly I have no idea how he "tuned them up." One of them had been making a few noises recently, I described the noises to the plumber, he told me he would take care of it, and the toilet is still making those noises 3 weeks later. The other toilet needed a new flapper, which he did provide, but then when flushed, the flapper doesn't seal properly so now I have to take the lid off the toilet and push it down with my hand. Great. Also, he would not flush the water heater because he advised me it was too old. He said if it's more than 3 years old they won't do it. That should have been stated with my purchase. Then he advised me he was going to "sharpen the blades" of my garbage disposal by putting ice cubes in the disposal and running it. I get that the ice will clear out any food pieces or debris that may be trapped in the disposal, but "sharpening the blades?" Are you kidding me? Did the guy think I was an idiot? All in all, even though it seemed like a good deal, I feel like I got taken for 50 bucks. Frankly, I wish I hadn't bought it.

They completed all the points on the tune up but I had to show them the "fine print" to get them to replace the stopper valve that was worn out on one toilet, because they didn't think it was included in the cost and wanted to charge me extra for that. When I produced the document showing that was included, they had to go to a local store to buy the part because they failed to bring one with them . When they finished, they told me all was working well, but within 24 hours, one of the toilets began to constantly run (something they said they had corrected!). So, a week later, I had to call in another plumber to correct the problem. So, while they did the tune-up they came to do and which I had paid for, they did not correct the running water problem, nor did they tell me what was needed to fix it. instead, they claimed it was fixed, when it wasn't. I would not use them again.

I was pleased with Matt's overall attitude and work. However, the deal included my water heater flush. Since my water heater is older than 3 years old he said that its company policy not to do it themselves but instructed me how I can do it myself. Was rather simple and I will try to do it this weekend.

It went well. He completed the inspection, made some minor toilet adjustments, etc. No major repairs were needed. This was a ""big deal" and I used it to give me some baseline info on the plumbing system in the house.

They did a good job. After they left one of the toilets continued to be sluggish when it was flushed so they actually came back. They discovered that there was a small bottle of makeup down in the trap of the toilet in the drain. They had to keep working until they got it out because that was causing the water not to flow like it should when the toilet was flushed. They came back the second time to fix it and did a very nice job. They did not charge me for coming back the second time and this was the first time I used their services. Their location is 15-18 miles north of Atlanta so their home based location is a pretty good distance from my house. I would not have known about them had it not been for this promotion. They did the things that they needed to do to make both the toilets work better. Each one had a unique set of difficulties and they were responsive and took care of both of them. They were especially good about coming back the second time to fix the problem. Their price was fine since it was a deal from Angie’s List; I certainly got my money’s worth. They came out fairly quickly after I called them and they were on time. They were responsive to everything that I needed. They did not waste time. They were professional, pleasant and friendly. There were two people on the truck and they were both easy to get along with.

It was OK. I probably wouldn't hire them again. They were late and they didn't call to let me know. And then when they came out and did the work, they actually had to come back out again and fix it. Also even though I purchased the deal online, they charged my husband for it again. The second time they just fixed the work and they reimbursed us for the fee.

It was decent. There was an additional charge. It was $60 or $70 extra.

Called on one of American Freedom Plumbing's Deals. I got an answering system, left my name and phone number and never received a return call.

Rusty and Bill came and kitten proofed my dryer vent. They did a great job...time will tell. They did show up later than scheduled which was fine, but I would have liked a call; instead I had to call them. They were at the hardware store getting the supplies they thought would be needed. Price seemed high, I did call with an emergency and did get a quick response. I got an estimate for a few other jobs as well. The quote was more than my insurance estimate. I don't mind paying a little more if the quality of work is good, so far it has been. All the good was out weighed the negatives. I find it very hard to fine quality work and they did that.

Excellent work. The guys were on time, completed all the work in a timely manner. Were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had purchased a Big Deal $77 for Sewer Rodding/Drain Cleaning with FREE Sewer Televising & More. They came out and were unable to get the cap off to access the sewer lines so they weren't able to perform this service. They were very nice and this wasn't there fault by no means and would absolutely come out and cut into the lines he said and make a new access opening but I can't take any more time of from work for a while so I told them thanks and maybe we can try again some other time.

Drains thoroughly checked and no issues were found.

They were quick and very efficient. Best plumbing experience I've ever had.

They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They did a good job. They unclogged the drains in the sinks, tubs and showers in the home and serviced the toilets. They did the work in a timely manner.

At the time, it was fine. Since then, my toilet keeps running and I have to lift the cover to stop the warer running on almost every flush. They did not do water-heater flush. Said they are not allowed to do that if the heater is more than three years old. That was not stated in the contract. I guess for the price paid, I can't expect anymore than that.
