I bought an Angie's list coupon to have 2 toilets tuned up. The service was great and even though this was a small job I would recommend their plumbing services. I've got their business card on file in case I have any future plumbing needs - this is the company I will call.

It went very well. He did a great job. He was able to fix what we needed.

fine; two gentleman professional; I am just used to plumbers coming in with shoe covers-- I provided them, so it was ok. Not sure how they would do on a large replumbing job for a home, but they were great for the services I needed.

The plumber who came was polite, friendly, and seemed professional. He was helpful in explaining a few questions I had, and did repair an outdoor faucet for me. However, at least one of the repairs I specifically had him here to take care of, and which he said specifically that he did, I later discovered he in fact, did not do.

I actually bought the service to drain the water heater but there is a small notes saying that they don't drain for some older heaters which i didn't see. but that was ok as he explained how to drain it manually and inspected couple of my leaking toilets in the same visit.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It was fairly simple, seamless and went fine. I had someone meet them at the house to get the work done. It took them an hour-and-a-half to get it done; it was pretty straightforward. The correspondence and communication with the company is good.

They were great and the best. There was no additional charges. They were in and out.

Went quite well. He came and fixed the problems. He was very friendly.

Serviceman very personable and helpful. Gave tips on small adjustments we could make ourselves. Told us when we might expect to have to do replacements or repairs.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for $55 for Two Toilet Tune-Ups, Water Heater Flush & Whole House Plumbing Inspection. Plumber arrived promptly, was very courteous and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection of both toilets that had always seemed to have issues (water restriction in line noises intermittently, getting stuck and water flush cycling for hours a time or two, ugh).

Two men showed up. Not in a truck nor with uniforms stating what company they worked for. VERY SKETCHY/SLEEZY. My 21 yr old son was at home and could not believe I let them in the house, He thought they were unprofessional and of questionable character. Never again would I use them and probably won't purchase a "deal' again.

They came on time for the appointment; worked efficiently and effectively.

The service man arrived promptly. Provided credentials and immediately went to work. Very professional. Performed in a timely manner. A very good experience.

In both cases they were on time, friendly our cost reasonable. There was no BS and on two occasions recommended waiting on a possooble fix. We will definitly recommend and use them in the future.

He showed up as scheduled and did a great job finding the problem. This was a leak that we had already had someone come out and try to fix before -- they didn't find the right problem - so it didn't get fixed that time. American Freedom Plumbing quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak. When the work was finished, he cleaned the area and did not leave us with a mess. Excellent work.

They didnt do anything but since they came out I requested quotes on installing a few parts and a new hot water heater. They were on time and friendly but didnt do what I had paid for. quotes for other services were about the same as other plumbers but I don't have any work to judge them by so will probably just try someone else next time since I basically gave them $50 to do nothing.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. This was the first time I used this company and I would definitely recommend them. The pricing was great.

He looked at my list of items; and I asked for help with my under-mount kitchen plumbing replacement, and sink that was detaching from the counter. He wanted nothing to do with it. He wouldn't even give me an idea of who/what to look for to get the sink re-attached; let alone repair the terrible plumbing job under the sink. I would not use/refer him again.

I was not contacted after purchasing the big deal but when I contacted them they scheduled the service call within a couple of days. The plumber came within the window of time scheduled and worked quickly to find and repair the leaks. He also discovered the reason for the leak and informed us of that. He was very professional and worked with in our time frame.

Good. They did what they came out for. They were not able to do the hot water heater flush, but it was plainly disclosed in the offer that this may not be able to be done due to the age of the hot water heater.

The plumber told me he just needed to caulk around the clean out valve and around the faucet. He was WRONG! The whole ceiling fell and I called another plumber two months later. The tub has rusted out. None of the work he did was correct.

All went quite well, and he even provided us with an estimate for a future job.

First trip I had a coupon. 2 guys came to my house on time and were very helpful and professional. My toilets had been making a loud noise every time they were flushed. The guys knew immediately what the problem was and replaced the pressure valve. No more noise problems when they were done. I was so impressed with their service that even though I didn't have a coupon for the 2nd trip, I had them come out the following week or so to replace the parts in 3 toilet tanks that were worn out. I hadn't asked them to replace those parts during their first trip, though they asked me if I wanted them to. Another family member had said they knew how to do it, but turned out they didn't know how afterall, so I found it was well worth it to leave it to the professionals. Even without a coupon I would definitely use American Freedom Plumbing for future plumbing repairs. They were responsive, professional, affordable, helpful and knowledgeable.
