Description of Work: American Freedom Plumber came to house late in an unmarked van. That made me very uncomfortable along with his overall appearance (cut off t shirt, jeans, tattoos, etc.). He said that he couldn't do anything with my toilets because they needed new parts. He played with something in one of the toilets causing it not to flush after using. I called him and was told he'd come back the next day. He came back and said nothing was wrong with the toilet but as soon as he left the same problem occurred. I have not been able to use this toilet since. He was supposed to come back today, 8/1, to put the new parts in the two toilets. After 1.5 hours of waiting for him I called to find out he was running another 1.5-2.0 hours behind. I asked for a refund as this whole experience was troublesome and very uncomfortable.

Description of Work: Got an inspection, water heater flush, and toilet tune-up deal. They flushed the heater tank, and checked out two toilets, both of which still have issues. I work was outside of the specs of the deal, I would have liked a quote. One toilet handle needs to be held for duration of flush and the other takes 5 minutes to fill. Really? Tune-up? That's what I was hoping they'd find and either they didn't bother or they didn't find it or they didn't care to comment and offer repair. So much for the tune-up. I wasn't home (my wife was) but they didn't tell her anything, nor leave a quote for repair if needed. Not impressed, sorry guys but thanks.
