We really liked Tim, and we were sorry not to hire him. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and gave us lots of confidence in his abilities. We also liked him personally and really felt we could trust him with our home. At the end of the day it came down to a gut feeling about the other provider. They were priced similarly so there was no simple way to choose. However, based on the estimate process we strongly recommend him and would definitely invite him to bid on future projects.

Outstanding Service! I contacted Tim to arrange for an estimate to paint the interior of my house. He said he would be available after his work stop later that evening. He arrived earlier than I anticipated which was more accommodating for me. My initial impression of Mr. Brown was that he is knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous. He gave a start and completion date for the interior portion of my house which I agreed to. During the job Tim made a conscious effort to minimize any mess. My front entranceway and door also needed painting which we added to the job. I was completely satisfied with the quality of work performed by Alpha 1 Painting. Tim is a professional and I highly recommend him.

Tim did a great job painting our custom office space. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was able to start the work shortly after our initial meeting. He showed up on time every morning and cleaned up after himself every night. He was very personable and made sure to consult me with any questions he had throughout the project. I will be hiring him to do some more projects around the house after the holidays. I would highly recommend him.

Amazingly Professional job! Tim and his crew were dependable, professional, and experts in their field. He showed up as scheduled to give me an estimate and when it was time to do the work. They did the work over Labor Day weekend, whe it was convenient for me! Tim paid extra attention to detail, and was dilligent about their work. He even came back the next day to look over his work and see if I was satisfied. Everything looks incredible now. I will absolutely use them again! . If you need a painter, use Alpha1painters!!!! :)

Tim and his crew did an excellent job. I had a short window between when I closed on my house and when my things were going to be delivered. Tim worked with me and was able to fit me in between other jobs his crew worked late at night and on the weekend to get the job completed. The work was well done and looks great. They did a very thorough job and even removed the wires shelving in the closet and reinstalled it to make sure the job looked professional. The pricing was very reasonable and Tim stands behind his work. Tim offered to come back after the movers had delivered my goods to do any touch up work if any of the walls got scuffed by the movers. I would recommend using Alpha 1 painting.

Tim has painted for me before so I knew I would be using his services again. I am an OCD person and MUST have perfection. If you require (or desire) perfection Tim is your man. I have used other painters for some of the homes I have purchased for rentals/flippers in the Atlanta area but none have given me the perfection level as well as Tim. Also, Tim always goes above and beyond and I can always count on a surprise when I return to the job site. He doesn't just paint the walls, he has a vision for what he wants the job to be and he does what it takes to make it look outstanding. When showing a home to a perspective new buyer they will notice (and pick to death) little details that I myself may even overlook. Tim sees things thru the eyes of the perspective new buyer, my real estate agent as well as myself so if there is any detail that isn't just right, he makes it right; one might find that he is OCD when it comes to his painting work! :-) Tim has always been very professional and I never hesitate to look for Tim when I have painting work that needs to get done.

Tim was very professional and kept in touch throughout the job. The previous owner was a smoker so some areas took a couple of coats of paint. Since we had not moved in yet Tim even painted a walk in closet for no charge. He took care in covering the floors and cleaned up each day. Once the job was finished, Tim said he would come back (at no charge) to touch up any areas that the movers might scuff with the furniture. He did come back and repainted several stubborn areas on the ceilings even having to smooth and patch some. You can tell that Tim takes pride in his work and wants the customer to be happy. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

This is the second time that I've hired Tim. He provides great service, pays attention to details, responds to requests with great flexibility. He made the living room in our 1950s ranch look like a newly built room. I highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough about Tim and the quality of service he provides. This is my third time hiring time. He painted the two bathrooms and a bedroom in my house and also repainted my entire condo after my tenant moved out. Tim went above and beyond and painted a few extra things in my condo. We had agreed he would paint the walls and the trim; however, I returned to the condo to find he has also painted the door! What a treat! Tim did not only do an excellent job painting but he is punctual, professional and pleasant to work with; which is why this is my third time hiring him! Besides just having the skill to do the job,Tim also is a "visionary" in his line of work and suggested some cool colors that he felt would look good in my condo. I trusted his suggested and let him go with it. I am so glad I made that choice! He made my condo look cool and chic with the paint job he suggested. I can't say enough! As far as I am concerned, there are no other painting services in Atlanta metro area besides Alpha1 Painting!

The painter was on time and started the job immediately. He was very polite and mannerly. He finished the job in 3+ hours. It looks great, and the painter was neat.

I saw Alpha1 painting van on my way to work, copied the contact number. It was to set book from there on out. I have already told twenty people about Tim and I’ll confess to refer him to others,as five star customer service.

Tim was communicative and on time. Scheduling was a breeze. He provided feedback and advice on the project, and any additional costs were spelled out in advance and very reasonable.

Perfect, great work, fast and efficient!

The website of Alpha1Painting did fine. They did a good job and we were happy with them. They came out and estimated the job. They purchased all the materials and they had two people to come out and did the job together. They did a very goo job initially. They came back the next day and fixed up a few places. My overall feeling was that they did a good job and I would hire them back again if I needed additional painting done.

I left Tim a message. He promptly called me back, was happy to give an estimate and we set a date. He promptly returned my call to confirm the day before. He arrived early (and even called to make sure I was there if he arrived early). He was courteous and helpful with suggestions. He stuck to his estimate and even added on a wall we hadn’t discussed on the phone. He was neat and did a great job. We looked at everything to see if anything is needed touching up before he left (his suggestions). I would highly recommend Tim and Alpha1 Painting for your painting needs.
