I use them to clean my 2 story home. They bring their own cleaning supplies. They do a very nice job.

The company has always been on time. The job was professionally done and the cleanup always leaves you wondering if they came.

They did a great job. There was no streaking and I did refer it on to a couple of other people. Whatever the price was, I don't think it was over priced. They were a nice clean cut group, did their job well and I have no complaints. They came right away and they didn't make me wait that long. They were on time and they were very professional.

I called All Clear desperate to find a window cleaning company on short notice last week. I had called about ten different companies to do my job-all of whom were booked thru sometime in June-so when I heard Ellie say they'd work me in, I was thrilled. The crew arrived after a long day of work and powered thru my windows (and I had a lot) quickly and neatly. My chandelier sparkles, and the view to the outside is pristine. This is a small company with fewer crews than many outfits in the area-so their attention to my 911 window emergency is especially appreciated. Many thanks, All Clear!

They never called or showed up, I will never call them back !

All Clear Cleaning sent two employees who were very prompt on the appointment time, and were courteous and professional. They cleaned our gutters and were sure to clean up around the shrubs, sidewalks, and even blew off our driveway after the job was completed. Follow up was made by an office staff member who wanted to be sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Excellent services and I will certainly use them again. Price was not the cheapest quote I received from other providers, but also not the most expensive so they were average on their pricing. Reliable, dependable, and they do what they say they are going to do. They also provide window cleaning, pressure washing, and housecleaning, etc. but I have not used them for their other services.

They did the work over two days: pressure washing and gutter cleaning on the first day; window washing on the second day. They were easy to deal with and came when they said they would. We were very happy with their work. The house and driveway looked great after the pressure washing and our windows have never been so clean.

They did not tell they used water/bleach to clean and did not recommend to remove items from deck so lots of drops affected my porch furniture. When I asked about window washing too (because I wanted that at the same time), they referred me to Angie's list to get the coupon and safe money. I went online the same day but there was no coupon, so I got the feeling they just didn't want to do the job after the pressure washing since it was around 5 PM.

Called to set up appt. and was told they would be out within 7 days and would tell me how much it would cost at that time. I was told that these guys did good work and I would never know they had been here. I also stated I might be interested in 2 times a year gutter cleaning as well as getting pricing on cleaning inside my house. The guy came to my door and first thing he said was that will be $135. I replied I have Angie's coupon for $10 off so it will be $125. He said then it is $145. I told him I would go write the check and I wrote it for the $125. He came to the door took the check and coupon and left. I walked outside to see debri on my shrubs in front and about a 2 1/2 ft wide by about 23 1/2 long line of pine straw at the back of my house. I immediately called the company to ask why the mess and was told they do not haul off the stuff but put it in naturalized areas around the house and asked was the line in back not a naturalized area. I told her it wasn't until they made it one. She told me they would come out the following day (which was a Thursday) and move it. Never heard from them so I got out cleaned it up myself because my grass cutting man was coming on Friday. On Friday a girl from the office called to tell me the guys were on their way to clean it up and I told her it was too late I had to do it myself to get my yard mowed and they were supposed to have come the day before. She apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. I told her I didn't feel this was a very good way to run a company. Several days later she called to tell me the boss had gathered the employees together and let them all know she expected more professionalism from them and that she was mailing out that day a 20% off coupon for any further work I might want done. Still haven't received a coupon and it does NOT matter - I have found the office personnel unreliable in what they tell you as well as the workers not doing what you are promised they will do. I let the girl know it is a shame to make an almost 70 year old lady get out and do what they were well paid to do.

LOVE this company! Great find on Angie's List! Two guys came in and were done in less than 1/2 a day. I never realized how dirty my windows were! For months afterward I was amazed as I walked through my living room at how my windows shined when I never noticed the windows before. They worked quickly, did a great job, and left no mess behind. This is a family business that is super professional and courteous. We will not hesitate to use this business again for other cleaning needs and we never would have found them without Angie's List.

Things did no go well at all after what seemed to be a professional on-site consultation. A written estimate for both housecleaning and window cleaning were emailed to us. My wife sought clarification on conflicting sequences from this company (depending on who we spoke to) as to which should take place first: their housecleaning and window cleaning, or a third party interior painting project. We left several phone messages (one of which accepted the quote) but our messages to the owner went unheeded for days. When we could reach someone live, they promised that the owner would call us back by the end of business day (5:00 PM) but that didn't happen either. We persisted. Then excuses were made for the lack of responsiveness. We were told the owner was in a meeting or out of town. Does this company not have a cell phone that works? Finally, seeing that my wife's calls were not being returned. I sent an email saying just that, nothing more. A simple statement of fact. The owner then responded to the email in detail, leaving it up to us whether we wanted their services, or the third party painting services provided first. A promise was made by the owner to call us "around 10:30 AM today (06/04/13). As of 2:15 PM today the promised call was not forthcoming. Based on this company's excuses and broken promises, it is clear that they do not want our business, as actions speak louder than words. We have decided to go with another service provider. Our cynicism about the lack of work ethics, business acumen, and customer care from metro Atlanta service providers deepens. We did not experience this phenomena living in Phoenix. It is our unique experience that seems to have taken hold here in the South.

The initial cleaning was the "Spring Cleaning" that cost approximately cost $200.00. On the morning they were scheduled to come, it was a no show. I called the company and was old that somehow I had not been put on the schedule. So, another appointment was scheduled. On the day they were scheduled to clean, it was again a no-show. I called the office and was told that the tech had car problems, but she was coming. She came and did a fair job. I was not upset about the late arrival, because any of us can experience car problems. The next time, I was told that the tech would call the day before coming. Well, that didn't happen, so I thought no one would be coming. The office called and said the tech was on her way. So, I hurried to get ready for her. She was a friendly person. However, she failed to vacuum one of my large rugs. She started to vacuum and mop my hardwood floors without picking up the small area rugs. I did ask her to please take them up, and she did. She did not bring anything to mop with except vinegar which cannot be used on the flooring. I feel bad to hurt someone's business but I chose an Angie's Listing, thinking that I would be a happy camper. That was not the case.

The ladies worked hard and did a good job.

Overall, they did a great job cleaning everything from blinds to carpet to bathrooms to the kitchen.

This is a by-weekly service and they do an great job. They are consistent and well priced.

The staff was very responsive. Services/appointment were confirmed the day before my appointment. On the day of appointment, staff called to let me know the young lady was on her way. She was at my place right on time. She did an excellent job, and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

It was a great experience! She cleaned the kitchen, common areas, and bathrooms. It was spotless when she left!

this is an update to my original review, but oddly i can't seem to see my original review any longer....but anyhow, the original issue has been resolved and the owner and I have spoken. She is very professional and cares very much for her clients. There was definately some mis-communications and misunderstandings but we've taken care of the situation and I would use them again. I really appreciated the time she took to talk to me and the owner is the reason I'd use them again. The house looked great when the housekeeper was complete and that was never the original issue. My only suggestion for anyone seeking to use this company is to maybe request more than one person to clean if you have fairly large home in need of a super scrub down so that it doesn't take 8 to 9 hours out of everyones day. i was disappointed. my husband went to meet the house keepers at our rental property. i had hoped that this would be a company that i could call on again, however, they were pretty late at arriving. the company only sent one person to do an entire 3 story home cleaning. she was NOT in shape by any means, which made her go extremely slow. and because of her slowness, and being the only person cleaning my house, it took over 8 hours for her to do it. my estimate of $150.00 doubled! they claimed to have told me that they bill "hourly", but this was not disclosed to me. they gave me an estimate as to how long and how much it would cost. i thought they were professional when we spoke, but it was clear to me afterwards that they were not at all professional. would never recommend these guys.

Rick was very professional and strove for excellence, The windows sparkled when they left. I had them leave the love seat out so I could clean behind it, and he shared concur but honored my request. This was so kind and and exemplfies how responsible Rick is to his job. I have used this company before and will continue to do so.

They are wonderful. The tech who comes is very thorough and punctual. There is always someone in their office when you call and are very professional. They have a number of other services to choose from also. I like that she brings all her own equipment and supplies. She works around my three dogs very well.

I called the company for a window cleaning appointment, which they made for me right away. Unfortunately on appointment day, their assigned window cleaner called in sick that morning. The office contacted me right away to reschedule, and apologized profusely for the inconvenience of having to set aside time, and be canceled at the last minute. On subsequent appt, they sent Rick, who seems to be one of their best/most reliable window washers.
