ALL CLEAR CLEANING INC

Blinds left a mess, blind trim pieces just left in floor of garage, about 15 windows not cleaned, brought them back into the house twice the same day after we saw a couple of the windows they missed, didn't realize they missed a large portion of the house. How can you not have a checklist of what has and hasn't been completed? I have never quite seen a business run like this. I informed the company of what happened since they claim a "100 percent guarantee". No response whatsoever after 24 hours so..... I informed Visa today to put my wasted $340 in dispute. Im sure they will rule in my favor since the company refuses to clean windows and respond to complaints for a lack of care or professionalism. Fraud or neglect? I thought I was hiring a company to clean my windows but what I found instead was a company looking to get in and out quick and miss 15 windows. Simply UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Companies like this will NOT win in the end as the word will spread on Google, Yelp, Bentwater Facebook page etc. The truth will be known. Will try to get some pics in daylight and add to post

Great! Brandon and Chad were excellent. Windows are completely clean, screens wiped down and window sills and tracks cleaned out. There are 32 windows in our house and they did them all in 3 hours and 20 minutes. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

This was a big deal purchase. It did not go very well. I could not get her to return my phone calls It was not good. After it was done she charged almost another $100 so it ended up being $200. I guess that was the plan, I don't know. Then she never called back. She never gave me the chance to say I did not want her any more. They did the work within the time period that I needed. There was only one person. There was another girl that was there for, maybe, 15 minutes, but she went away and there was only one person. She complained a whole lot. I would say it was pretty expensive. I had to call her twice to get her to call me. After the fact she never called back. She was here on time.

The workers just left after saying they were done, knowing the job was not complete. I contacted them the next morning very early, and was apologetic for even calling. I did explain that the job was not completed and was told I would get a call back. Once I did finally hear back from them they claimed to be too busy to complete the job. After continuously having to call them I spoke with a lady at the company who was rude with an attitude telling me they just don't have the time to finish the job that I paid for!

On time...trustworthy and thorough in cleaning the house!!! Will continue to use them and recommend them!!!

Gutters were cleaned and rooftop debris removed and cleaned up. I felt the "special" rate could have been lower since I have a small, one-story home but the workers did a good job, arrived on schedule, and I'll probably use this company again.

It was fine. Nothing stood out. I think it was just average because I don't remember anything particular about it. There were two people.

They were very prompt and professional. They cleaned up after them selves and wasted no time finishing the job.

They arrived promptly. They cleaned the gutters and pressure washed in about 1 hour. My house is a 2 story and it about 2500 sq ft. I will use them in the future.

Called ahead to let me know that they are going to arrive early. Cleaned gutter and down spouts. Cleaned up the debris, also cleared off the driveway (nice touch was not part of the job). Done in less than an hour. What can I say. OUTSTANDING!!!

All Clear did a wonderful job cleaning all the windows in my house, inside and out. Some of the windows were 3 stories up and in strange positions over the roof but they were able to get to them all! All of the overspray from a recent exterior paint job was removed. Despite a weather delay, they were very courteous, communicated well since they made the decision to postpone work a week while other renovations were still underway (they didn't want to have any dust get on newly cleaned windows). Brandon, the project manager of the crew, even gave a referral for me to get other work done that they didn't provide. I would gladly recommend All Clear to anyone.

Lynn was amazing! She came in and made every floor sparkle and tackled my bathrooms. They had just been renovated, so they were a special kind of messy, but she took them on like a champ. We had to add a couple more hours to the time, but that was fine because the extra hourly rate is extremely reasonable and it was worth it. I love that I didn't have to be at the house the entire time. I would absolutely use them again.

Leslie did a fantastic job cleaning my home. She made my kitchen sparkle, my floors gleam, and my bathrooms tolerable again! I loved the service so much that I am having her return weekly. She's punctual, friendly, and works hard.

I had to reschedule due to pop up showers. Mark and Ricky cleaned the gutters and pressure washed my house. Its so clean it looks new.

Mark came out and provided the estimate within 24 hours of my call to him. Professional and responsive company. They did exactly what they said they would do and our windows looking amazing. The crew was courteous and professional and took the time to answer questions - we felt comfortable with them working in our home. Can't say enough about the company and how pleased we are - Highly recommend!
