Description of Work: This company worked very hard to fit into my schedule. The person was on time. I had car problems on the day of the cleaning, so I could not be there when she started. I returned home about an 1.5 hours after she started. She was still in the master bathroom. This is a small bathroom. Although it was a lot of work, i still believe it would not have taken someone else that long to clean a small bathroom. in the end of the session, she cleaned two bathrooms and the microwave. For 3 hours, I really expected vacuuming (2 BR, 2 BA condo), bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. There was a lot of stuff around. I did not expect her to move any of it, I expected to clean around it. I was disappointed, but I cannot say I would not use them again. I would ask for a different person. One that was more willing to work faster. I am handicapped and cannot get the house entirely ready with everything "picked up". The dispatcher was wonderful Like I said, they worked hard to fit into my schedule. Because I was not at home when she started, I cannot say that she did or did not work. I just don't know. but not much got done for the amount of money.
