+ -1 moreThe pack up went flawlessly. There were a few hiccups with the unpacking, but over all it went much better than I ever anticipated. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are an honest and reputable company.
Description of Work: After a water leak from my refrigerator all of the floors on my main level needed to be replaced. They came in, packed everything, and kept it in storage until the work was completed. Unfortunately my contractor took longer than anticipated. John took it in stride and continue to touch base with me. When the work was finally completed they brought our belongings back and put everything back in place.

+ -1 moreAlicia McDonald, owner, and her two workers arrived on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job wrapping my furniture, applicances, pictures & mirrors with blankets, cardboard & shrink wrap as needed and loaded everything - boxes, gas grill, lawn tools, washer, dryer, furniture - from my 4 bedroom house in a little over 5 hours. They dismantled my beds, book shelves & kitchen table and wrapped mattresses in plastic; they secured everything in the truck using tie down straps I provided and some of their own. This was a one-way move. Alicia used some of her blankets and tie down straps and allowed me to ship them back to her. Alicia was very attentive to detail in protecting my things and to my questions. The work took less than the estimated time and Alicia adjusted the invoice accordingly. The charges included labor for three people, stretch wrap and plastic coverings. I was very pleased with the work and the price I paid. I highly recommend All About Contents to anyone who needs moving services.
