It went awesome! Drew was great!

I was rear-ended in late December and was concerned about getting a fair price for diminished value after my car was repaired. I called this company on February 1st and Drew immediately responded and met me the same day to take pictures of the vehicle and collect a $250 check. I did not hear back from him so on February 9th I called and left a voicemail - he immediately texted me to say he would call me at 6:00 p.m. – He never called me back. I texted him again with the name & phone number of the MetLife Rep assigned to handle my diminished value. On February 10th he sent me a text at 9:15 p.m. and said he had just left a message for the MetLife to call him over the weekend. 8 days later, on February 18th I texted him for an update. 2 days later, February 20th, he said he was out of the office & asked me if had reviewed the appraisal document. I immediately responded to the text and emailed him explaining that I had never received a document from them & he said he would find out why I had not received the document. On February 22nd I finally received the appraisal document and I received a call from MetLife stating that Drew was not responding to their phone calls, so I called Drew at 6:00 p.m. & left voicemail said he was with a client and would call me afterwards – which never did. I then sent a harsh text asking why he did not call me back and he texted me back saying he forgot. On February 27th I received another call from MetLife Diminished Claim Rep saying he was still unable to reach Drew which I could relate since he had been so unresponsive to my emails and calls as well. On February 28th I emailed Drew and had sent him some info that I had researched on diminished value using Kelly Blue Book on line and asked him to call me and to this day I did not receive a response from him. I called him on March 6th and got a text saying he was in traffic and would call. Later that evening I received another call from MetLife stating they were unable to reach Drew. At this point I was fed up, so I negotiated my own value with them and signed the release on March 7th. On March 9th I received a text from Drew asking me to send him the contact information again for the MetLife Rep. I didn’t even bother to respond. This was a total waste of $250.00.
