+ -1 moreIt did not go well. They did not want to give a detailed estimate and he said they would take care me. They told me they were going to take out the old carport and they were going to put in a net carport tilted away from the house to avoid water going down into the basement. They ended up pouring concrete on top of the concrete already there and it is not tilted away from the house. The water pools near the house when it rains. When I tried to put a welcome mat down, it gets totally soaked. The dirt comes down from the hill into the carport. I paid over $10,000 and i regret hiring this company.
Description of Work: They poured concrete for my carport and patio.

+ 0 moreTheir bid was the lowest one I received, but their knowledge of what was needed was greater than any of the others. The workers that actually performed the installation were very efficient and knew their jobs well.
Description of Work: They replaced our driveway and sidewalk and added a new parking pad to it.

+ 0 moreMost of the patio looks gorgeous, however a substantial area has "blemishes" (see pictures included with this review). This isn't a color issue, there are numerous spots that are of very dark and rougher in texture than the rest of the surface. Took 2 emails and a phone call to coordinate someone to look at the issue, luckily I had withheld 10% of payment the day it was completed. There is nothing that can be done to correct the blemishes. I got a token 3% reduction in charge for what was a major investment to our property value. I would use them again if I could get some guarantee that they would redo it if there were blemishes, otherwise someone else.
Description of Work: Private home, patio across back of house, 600 square feet of stamped concrete tan and gray.
