John Magee, the owner, and Bobby Harper, the deck expert, arrived on time for the estimate appointment. I received the estimate while they were there. Arrangements were made to start the work the next day. All the deck furniture and plants were removed, The pool deck and screen enclosure were pressure washed. Care was taken to protect the water in the pool as much as possible while the work was in progress. The lower portion of the screen, all of the house surfaces adjoining the pool deck and in ground plants were protected with heavy paper. Surface cracks in the deck were caulked. The deck was then primed, textured and painted. The ring that supports the skimmer cover was in need of replacement. Robert found a correct size ring and installed it beautifully. It is flush to the deck surface which the old ring was not. The project took a total of four partial days. I'm very pleased with the work that Robert and Bobby did.
