I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. Tristan represents this company well with his knowledge and high energy. He also put a small part on my icemaker that had fallen off. Tristan’s good will is very much appreciated. Now, I can get my laundry done. It is amazing how much can accumulate in just a couple of days. Thank you to Tristan from TGC Home Services.

Ok...found out the repairs would be more than a new dishwasher. He did NOT push for me to spend money on an old (22 yr old) dishwasher.

It went well. Pro was responsive, on time, and professional. He stayed after completing the work while we ran a load through the washer to make sure it worked properly and the problem was solved.

Tristan was very professional and expedient, he was able to diagnose the problem and handled the situation in a timely manner, My family was placed at ease knowing we had someone knowledgeable and compassionate on the case. He has very fair pricing and made sure to go the extra mile and check back to make sure there were no complaint's or further problems.
