Very honest, trustworthy, reliable company that does top-notch work within the time frame they quote you. Pleasant to deal with. I've had so much trouble finding people who will show up on time, do what they said they would do, and do a good job - but John and his wife were even able to come a day early for me, and got to my house on time, explained everything they were going to do, and did amazing work. My family had trouble spotting the lightning rods on the house at first - I had to point them out to them - that's how well they did their job. You can barely even tell the rods are there, and I have so much more peace of mind now. Don't even look at any other lightning protection companies - these are the folks you need.

John Sherlock and his wife Corrine called within 1/2 hour of looking for Lightning Rod installers. He was available and was over to talk with us within one hour. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime.

I hired John to install a lightning protection system for my daughter and son-in-law's new home as a "house warming" gift. Unfortunately, I did not think of doing this during construction and before the roof was finished to avoid copper wiring running along the rooftop. My daughter wanted the lightning protection but she was very concerned about the esthetics and potential damage of lightning rods across her new roof. John was a great problem solver and did a beautiful installation that we hardly even know was done. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained why the location that he selected would provide the highest benefit with the least negative appearance. The best part was that his installation was very quick and at a price much less that what we were quoted from another provider.

When I called it was after 6pm on Friday and a holiday weekend. My house has just been struck by lightning again in a month time span. I had just figured I would leave a message for them to call me. They answered the phone! I was shocked. They immediately set up a time to come to my house and give me a quote. I immediately felt better. When they arrived they were very professional and personable a great husband and wife team. They gave me my price and were able to start work right then and there. Fast service! Excellent company to work with! I called for a quote and the owner returned a estimate within an hour. I scheduled the job and they arrived to do the job within 2 days and that was driving 700 miles from the home office to my location. They used all UL rated materials and the install looks great. They are kept the job site clean and explained any questions. I would highly recommend LPS to anyone interested in a system
