+ -1 moreThey were prompt, respectful, courteous. It took them about a day and half to complete. This is what he told me when he started the job. I had about four estimates and he was the cheapest. This is not the reason I choose him. He was very polite and personable when he came to give an estimate. He gives you a quote immediately and he does not require you to call him constantly to follow up. I highly recommend him and would use him again.
Description of Work: Jose and his helper screened in my back lanai and did a great job.

+ -1 moreMr. Roldan arrived exactly at the scheduled time to provide the estimate and when we agreed on the price he gave us a start date. He started and completed the job on time. He cleaned up the area and left no debris. The screening is tight and looks great. An excellent job!
Description of Work: Mr. Roldan rescreened our entire pool cage. The original screening fabric was cheap, builder's grade material that was deteriorating. He used a better screening material and also cleaned the gutters,power washed the aluminum structure and hauled away the old screening as part of the job.
