RICHARD WAS WONDERFUL. HE CAME OUT AT 8PM AT NIGHT TO DO THIS FOR ME BECAUSE I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN. HE WAS KIND, THOUGHTFUL (HE CHANGED MY FILTER WHILE HE WAS HERE) AND IN NO RUSH TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: MY AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING. THE TECH CAME OUT WHICH HAPPENED TO BE THE OWNER. MY UNIT HAD FROZEN UP AND WAS NO LONGER RUNNING, SO HE FLUSHED IT AND DEFROSTED IT.
