Air Enforcement was so responsive and they got out to me that night! The next day my new unit was being installed. They got here early in the morning, and took their time installing my new YORK 3.5 ton unit. I am so happy they were very neat with all wires and installation. They cleaned after theirselves, and made me feel as if I was their number one priority! They kept me in the loop the entire time, and did a step by step review, and even showed me to prove what they were talking about. My coils were so clogged up. They also signed me up for their awesome maintenance service plans, where they have 3 to choose from, so your unit is taken care of! Also they followed up with me weeks later to verify the unit was in tip top shape!

A great experience

Things went very well, Dennis was very professional and knowledgeable he explained that its trying to put 10 gallons of water in to a five gallon bucket. I would recommend Air enforcement to anyone . the only thing I can say is check out the company you use. when you call an a/c company , say ok thank you for coming out.. Stop think now go back in your house and call Air Enforcement Air Conditioning and heating.

It was the best experience I have had dealing with any A/C company. Dennis was very professional, knowledgeable, and put my mind at ease as I very quickly had a much cooler home. Techs arrived in the AM started working and took out the old and replace inside and outside units. The job was finished before they left house was cool and trash remove. They were professional and courteous.

They came out in a timely manner. They were dressed professionally. The work was neat and precise, with no mess left behind. They gave me several options to choose from and broke down each one throughly. They were very considerate of the fact that I had young children and left portable A/C's to get us through the night. I couldn't be more appreciative of this company. I never once felt uncomfortable while they were there, they came with you knowing who they were and trucks lettered and shirts with Names and company logo. No chuck in a truck kind of company! Answered all my questions and let a business card to call if needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called them once I noticed that my AC was not cooling properly (on a Saturday). Came out promptly. Very professional. Had me up an running within a few hours. They were able to find what the issue was, it was the compressor. They went and got a new compressor for my unit and they installed it. Dennis and Ron are so knowledgeable in the AC field. It made me comfortable with knowing what the issue was and explaining to me how it worked. Made me feel like I was getting my moneys worth out of this visit. Very competitive in the pricing. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

My a/c was acting up up and I called air enforcement Dennis and his team was very nice to me and explain everything so that I can understand and learn about my a/c. They fixed the problem and also made me laugh and kept it fun. I would definitely refer them to others.
