This provider installed pavers on my pre-existing concert porch (no issues) and outside in an area that I have designated for grilling. This 10 x 20 area was installed with a concert wash foundation which looks terrible and will eventually erode leaving the pavers to suffer from an uneven appearance. When I asked this contractor to fix what was obviously lacking, he refused. Additional phone conversions resulted in his wife screaming at me on the phone. Needless to say, I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

We at Dunmar Group, Inc. take great pride in the professional services and customer service we offer our customers. We have worked with [member name removed] and given him many options and solutions to all of his projects. We were contracted to install gutters, irrigation, landscaping, paver’s for an existing porch and a 10X20 paver pad for his grilling area. We completed and installed all of his projects on time and within budget and with his final approval. He then decided he wanted to add more to his porch such as a bulk head or a retainer wall just like the one we installed for his neighbor and he was given a quote and options for this addition. He did not agree with the cost of the addition and expected Dunmar to install the retainer wall for free. We have already provided [member name removed]with free services to make him happy such as cleaning up existing overgrowth and debris off the patio, porch and cleaned out debris from the flower beds. Also, at no cost we have taken out 5 crape myrtle trees, painted his back porch and discounted his new gutters by $ 350 dollars. Since he did not agree with the quote for the addition he has behaved very unethically. He called my employees to come and give him a different quote and also approached my manager to do work for him at a discounted price without notifying the company. After employees and manager declined his advances he called the office to complain and suggest the base of the pavers were washed out. The owner of company spoke to [member name removed] about trying to solicit our manager and employees to do work unethically and if he purposely disturbed the paver’s himself to create issues. He became upset, threatened and yelled. We have tried and have been willing to resolve his issues with his patio. His quotes are still the same and so are his options. We cannot give him anymore services for free.
