satellite tv service
+ -1 moreDirect Star TV I've had them out maybe twice and most of them have been very punctual and they give good service, I will say that. At least in my experience it's been good service. I had one problem with the billing and they corrected that right away and I've even had a credit from them every month since then. My last interaction with them was probably several months ago, maybe three months ago. I didn't spend anything. I think my experience has been excellent. I think they have been prompt, they are very knowledgable about what they are doing. They made sure I was satisfied. I've never had to pay anything for a visit. But I think on my bill I have a protection plan that I pay for. I think they are very customer oriented. I would say go with Direct TV they are the best ones out there.
