+ -1 moreI have called the owner repeatedly and he is unresponsive. Finally caught up with him and he promised to stop by to correct the installation of the gutter. That was a over a week ago and still "no show" and no response to phone calls. I guess he too subscribes to the 90/100 rule, 90% of the work for 100% of the pay.
Description of Work: This was a follow-up to correct a problem from a year ago.

Description of Work: Installed gutters on vacation house in July 2013. Initially pleased with company, they were punctual with their estimate and seemed professional. However with the first rain after installation, water was dripping from where the gutter attached to the fascia along numerous spots around the house. Company was contacted (8/25/13) and they came and supposedly corrected issue. Next rain storm, issue still evident. Contacted company again (9/23/13) , with no response. Second contact (10/6/13) they came out and found sealant failure and resealed all (10/10/13). Contacted company (6/1/14) regarding same issue as previous stated would be out later that week. No Show. Contacted again (7/3/14) due to severe dripping bwt gutter and fascia. Company has been non-responsive. Originally selected this company it part due to their perceived integrity. Based on their lack of standing behind their service and lack of responsiveness, their integrity is as porous as their work. This review was delayed, because was giving company opportunity to correct. Avoid this company.

+ -1 moreThe provider came out twice to look at the additional cutter work that I needed. He made recommendations for changes and promised to return to do the work. No estimate was ever provided and he never returned to do the work. I followed up with multiple phone calls, approximately four followup calls ..... to no avail. He is constantly guttering other homes in my neighborhood, but still does not return to do my smaller job. I am now looking for another gutter company that will provide an estimate, put me on their installation schedule, and follow through with the work. This company was recommended to me by my Community Association Management Company. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. A simple, "I don't do smaller jobs would have been sufficient." But, to let me believe that they might actually show up and perform the work, is inexcusable.

Description of Work: We have a new home.The builder did not include gutters. After 3 quotes we selected Amelia Island Gutters based on price, references ( which the owner/installer provided) and even addresses of homes in the area to do 'drive-by' viewings of his work. All were outstanding and very creative. The best benefit was the 'oversize' 8" gutter they provided which cost us a little more but can carry 50% more water-shed load in heavy rains. We have never had a problem and the white gutter material cleans beautifully with a light clorox solution. This family business is operated by professionals. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters in Nassau County.

+ -1 moreI had recently purchased a new home and with the torrential rainfall we receive at times gutters are a must. The owner of the company was prompt with regards to his estimate and very professional with installation. The whole process was as seamless as his gutter work which was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else. This would be the third job he has worked on in our neighborhood. All with excellent results.
