1st Electric Response has done work on at least 15 homes for me. Staff is consistent and work is always performed timely. Easy folks to work with. Thank you for the service for all these years.

I needed 3 ceiling fans and 2 light fixtures installed ASAP and Nigel came through the same day! He did a great job and was fast! Thanks Nigel!

Excellent work... they know what they are doing

Nigel was able to send an electrician quickly despite being swamped and the wiring we needed wasnâ t readily available but they got it done. Quality work done promptly.

They did a very good job

Their name describes their service perfectly. Not only did they respond first, but Nigel consulted with us to determine what we needed; the best way to do it; agree on a price; schedule the service and perform it before anyone else responded! Jesse installed 3 pendant lights, setting them up perfectly to our measurements, using lasers; snaked the wires above our ceiling, and installed a wall switch. They also replaced 5 switches and installed 2 external electrical outlets. They were courteous, working professionally and efficiently, protecting our furnishings, leaving minimal marks which could be touched up with spot painting, and cleaned up afterwards. Charges adhered completely to the estimate. Yes, we would definitely use them again.

Communication was lacking. I take some / most of the responsibility but the workers sent did not completely finish the work or clean up the mess. The gentleman that I scheduled to work with knew what needed to be done I left notes but then they did not complete and then said my son did not tell them what work needed to be done. It was he said she said. When my son said he did tell them it was just a communication snafu. The gentleman did come back the following Monday and finish everything. He was very nice. His name was Nigel and wanted to make it right. Just poor customer service.

I love this app it’s amazing

The work was completed surprisingly quickly. I am very happy that the Electricians were able to find a solution that didn't require them to cut a hole in my brand new wall!

I knew I needed a circuit breaker switch fixed but also there was a wiring issue. They were prompt, polite and very quick. They explained what they needed to do and fixed my issues quickly. While I hope I don't need to use them again I will definitely call them again if another issue arises. And since mine is an older home it is quite possible.

They were very prompt and professional. I was surprised in how they explained exactly how and why they were having to move one of the outlets from where I wanted it to the 6 inches further to the left that it had to be. Very happy with their work!

Jesse worked on our house replacing and moving outlets. It was hard work and he had to go through the attic and down the wall. At any rate he was very mannerly and knowledgeable. So glad we found this company.

They were on time and they were very quick.

Had an emergency need to have an outlet replaced and Nigel was able to come out within a few hours. He quickly replaced the outlet and did a great job. His customer service was outstanding. I d hire 1st Electric Response again.

I have to admit that when I was shopping for quotes I only got a couple call backs and 1 Home Advisor message back and that was from Nigel at 1st Electric Response. His quote blew away the other quotes so I was a little skeptical that it was too good to be true. If you have any doubts don t. He and Jesse did a great job installing 6 recessed lights and in quick time. We are very happy customers and are already considering additional lighting and electrical projects around the house. Great job Nigel and Jesse!

The tech was very nice and he wore a mask and gloves to protect against the Corona Virus. He arrived on time and finished the work promptly and left no mess. Great service.

Had an issue with smoke dectector low battery beeping that I could not reach. Nigel came on short notice and fixed and also checked other smoke dectector. Gave advice on replacing them as they were originals from when I purchased home 12 years ago. Appreciate this service immensely.

We had experienced an issue after they came the first time. They came back out the next day to fix the issue. It turned out to be an issue on my end with a defective appliance.
