Jim is the nicest person. my only complaint is that since Jim and his co-worker have such excellent beards, at this time of the year I think it would be appropriate for guys with white beards on my roof and hanging around my chimney....to be wearing red suits. I would have paid extra for this.
Description of Work: Inspected chimney and fireplace. cleaned chimney (it was very dirty). advised us on repairs. photographed chimney damage from roof and texted me a picture of it to look at. removed chimney cap, and covered with tarp. coming later this week to install a newly fabricated chimney cap. advised us on fireplace condition.

 + -1 moreWe really didn't know whom to call, we were referred to them and they did an excellent job. Now if someone is flying a helicopter over our neighborhood I can say look for the new shiny chimney! Great job and fast service. Good people to deal with.
