Initially I felt good about the quote I received and what I was led to believe it would include. Additional work was performed without prior approval, resulting in an invoice nearly triple the original quote. My tools were used without my permission and my Spectrum cable was also cut which was a major inconvenience. My driveway was freshly pressure washed but you could not tell after the mud and tracks left as well as parts left on the lawn. Others may not have had the same experience, but mine was not good and my sprinkler system still needs work.
