Semper Fi Pressure Washing LLC

I paid $2000 to have a huge huge tree removed and they are 2 weeks late on the stump removal and I am not very happy. They were unbelievably good as far as the initial response, but finishing the job has not been the best. They are claiming broken equipment and so on and so forth. They keep telling me the equipment's broken and they are two weeks overdue from when they said the project was going to be finished. They immediately got the tree removed and all and left it sitting on the swail and let the county haul it away, however they did not finish the job. The price was a few hundred dollars less than everyone else and me being ex-military and their name and all, it was the swaying factor. When I met with them and first contact and getting the job started, their professionalism was an "A" and the fact that they will not return a call, I can't get a hold of the gentleman running the company, and doesn't return my calls and texts: "F". If he comes in and does it and finishes the job, I will use them again. I will give them all the opportunity in the world, but as of now, no. I will not use them again.

Josh, the owner, responded very quickly to come out to the house to survey everything. It was a great price. It was almost 1/2 the price of another quote we were given. He did the job within a couple of days of me confirming with him to do the work. They were very thorough, professional and the quality of work was excellent.

He did a great job. It was the first time I had used him. The prices were really inexpensive.

The work went very smoothly. They did little more than what I thought they were going to do. They used good judgment in doing the work. It took a little longer for them to come than what I expected. That was not a problem though.
