Many days crew did not show for work. Personal items were stolen and others damaged by crew. Upon contacting the police after theft incident we learned that workers had criminal history including burglar, Sebastian claims he was not aware! The company never vetted their employees. Work was not completed and calls have not been returned.

They worked quickly and did a good job at a fair price.

The work went very well. I am thrilled with the result. I especially liked how Sebastian involved me in decisions that needed to be made along the way. For example, when doing the electrical work, he suggested that two outlets be installed underneath the wall cabinet, which he said he could easily do when he was working on the wiring for moving the light fixtures. This was an excellent idea, and one that I would not have thought of. We agreed on the exact placement which allowed me to give input on how I envisioned using the space and determined the best placement for easy access,. This is just a small example of the many decisions that we made together. I am very very happy with my new bathroom. I love the quality of SHI's work. Sebastian takes the time to do things right. The project did take longer than I anticipated, but the result was worth the additional time. I would definitely hire SHI again. Although I do not have any more large remodeling projects to do, I will definitely use SHI for other things as they come up. And, owning a home means there are always projects coming up.

I called Sebastian who answered quickly and agreed to come by at the end of the day to check the situation. He surveyed it briefly, filled me in on what he needed to do, and we agreed on a time the following day for the repair. Sebastian returned the next day at our arranged time and very quickly took care of the problem, reinforcing the spot where the light needed to hang and getting everything looking good visually. He was efficient and also polite and friendly in all of our interactions.

They stayed longer so I paid them extra. Highly skilled, knowledgeable and friendly.

The services were very positive and my first use of Angies List. They went the extra mile not only making sure to clean up before they left and also insisted they bring the empty boxes down to my garage and garbage area. Very friendly and positive experience. I would recommend their services.

Unfortunately, I received no response to my 2 inquiries. Disappointed, as the other reviews were so positive.

Sebastian and Hector are truly professional handymen. I didn't realize the complexity/difficulty of the first two items on my list. The work and clean-up was competently completed. Sebastian will definitely be called whenever something needs fixing.

Sebastian was very responsive, from the initial purchase of angies list deal to the completion of my projects. They hung two heavy pictures as well as a very heavy long black powder rifle. He installed a ceiling fan and adjusted the spin until it was quiet and level with no wobble. I had a list of smaller projects including smoke detectors, screen door grill, doorbell, etc. My list was completed and I am one happy camper. I will definitely use Sebastian again.

Everything went well. He explained every part of the process. He was very patient, very nice and professional.

Sebastian and his assistant arrived at the time as promised. He and his companion was very professional and knowledgeable about the task at hand. They were very careful about being neat and kept their work space clean. They replaced the unit and made sure the electrical connections were done properly and the hoses were installed properly. Overall I was very satisfied with their work and will definitely consider calling again for other home improvement work,

Sabastian replaced the defective fan with a much better grade fan. Since the box provided was larger than the cheap original fan he had to go in the attic to mount it and rewire it. He did a very professional job and I will definitely be using him more often. He's also a very honest worker. He took pictures of the very poor builder installation and showed me before correcting. It's rare today to find someone that still does this quality work. I will now continue to use him more often.

Sebastian came out to give us an estimate on Thursday night for the medicine cabinets and drywall repair then came to do the work the following Monday. He was very personable, professional and helpful. He brought someone else to get the work done quickly and gave us an estimate for the ducting that day as well. Once they were done installing the medicine cabinets and repairing the drywall, they went out right away to get supplies for the ducting and completed the job within a few hours. Very happy with the work!

Two men arrived and worked quickly and efficiently until the work was done. Excellent work and very friendly. Will work with again.

I was impressed with Sebastian's attention to detail and the care he took to do things the right way. He did not do the "quick fix" way that would not have lasted, or was the quickest way to get it done. He explained different options, and asked what my preference was, giving me the chance to be sure that the appropriate fix was being done. I liked this.

We contacted Sebastian to help us with some exterior work on our daughters home that has been recently purchased. He quickly helped us realize some major work needed to be done in order to prevent future (and current!) issues that were occurring under the surface. He took time to explain and show us each step, offering us options and advice as well as giving us time to do research. His entire crew were wonderful to work with, very willing to give of their expertise, even in areas that didn't benefit them at all, and helped offer options to fit our budget. They kept the worksite immaculate and left the house looking like new. Sebastian stays in great communication, is extremely helpful and he and the guys do a wonderful job. They are great to have around and take care of all the details, and bring such a good attitude to your home! It is never "fun" to spend a lot of money on things like this - but it helps so much when you feel like you are gaining quality work that improves the value of your home. The work performed is A+ and it we couldn't be happier! We plan on continuing to work with Sebastian to do other repairs and improvements that need to me made. Highly recommend.
