Bob was very responsive to setting up the appointment and in getting the report to me in a timely manner. He was also very thorough in his work.

Bob was very thorough in his inspection and provided a ton of information beyond just the inspection report. Both points are getting harder and harder to find these days with everyone rushing to get through things rather than doing things right the first time. With the report we were given a lot of things to look out for with our new home to prevent little problems from becoming big ones and it was extremely enlightening. It really helped us understand our new home and its specific maintenance needs right out of the gate.

I was in a time crunch with my closing and needed an inspector ASAP. Not only did he work within my tight deadline -- he moved it up a day when an opening came up a day earlier. Thank goodness because I had quite the punch-list to go over with the realtor. I have retained REM Inspections numerous times for home inspections and they are the best in the industry. Bob is prompt, meticulous and highly skilled. I always have an inspection on any home I am purchasing even if it is a brand new home. I referred my son to REM Inspections when he was having a new home built and Bob found a major structural defect that we would have not noticed. The money spent on a home inspection is well worth it.

Very well. The condo had been inspected by another purchaser and the report was below average with errors to the point the inspector identified the wrong AC condenser unit and missed some key safety issues.

Bob was recommended by our realtor. He was on time, very professional, and VERY thorough. The inspection took 3 1/2 hours, and the report went way beyond the minimum. He was extremely helpful and glad for me to ask as many questions as I could. He took an extra 1/2 hour at the end to just answer any more questions I had. He also extended the offer of free advice in the future, once we are in the home. I can't recommend him highly enough.

The inspector, Bob Sole was very responsive. He got in touch with me right away after I requested information and a quote through his website. When we decided to use his services, he let me know how I could access the inspection forms on line and it was very easy to schedule the inspection with him. Our builder has an "approved list" of inspectors, but I did not feel comfortable in using them because I didn't know how impartial they would be. Because REM was not on the approved list, the builder insisted on getting copies of professional licenses and liability insurance. Bob worked with the builder to provide all of his information. We received his report the day after he performed the inspection, complete with pictures and videos.

He did a very thorough job, covering things we didn't expect he would, but appreciate that he did. He even checked to make sure the temperature in the oven was accurate and checked the sprinkler system for us. He includes detailed pictures to show us his results. Those are the kind of things that speak highly of his work. This is the second house he has inspected for us, and we highly recommend him!

He did a complete home inspection of our house. Very punctual and professional. He also answered any and all questions I had as I followed him around for most of it. He provided his input and offered advice where he could. I felt he went above and beyond what I expected. He gives a nice report about a day later with full explanations of what is good and what needs to be fixed. Also provides a book on home maintenance and homeowner tips which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend him to anywhere in need of a home inspection.

I submitted my request for a quote by email and Robert responded by phone within 2 hours. He was very helpful, answered several questions I had and we set up an appointment. His quote was a little higher than some others I had seen on the internet but considering his reviews on Angie's List and our phone conversation I figured he was worth the extra few dollars. He showed up promptly at the appointed time, explained what a wind mitigation inspection was and what he would be looking for. After he went up in the attic to do his inspection he came back down and showed me a picture of where the insulation and started to come loos around some of the big main air ducts was coming loose and recommended that I get it fixed. He explained the results of his inspection clearly and went oh his way. He also does whole house 4 point inspections and if I ever need one I will definitely give him a call.

REM Inspections is one of the few service providers that I have encountered that is truly dedicated to exemplary customer service. In the future REM inspections is the ONLY home inspector that I will use and recommend to my friends.
