Everything went well. The person that came out was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend him. He took the time to speak with me about the project for an hour one day and I can tell he knows what he is talking about.

Over the years, I have had many bad experiences with home repair and remodeling services. I have spent a lot of money only to find I needed to spend more to repair the repairs. No more! I am so happy to have found a superior remodeling company with an owner who truly takes pride in his work and who really cares about his customers. I highly recommend Geoff Gilpin and Premier Remodeling Service.It was a pleasure to work with Geoff on the repair and remodling of my house (a new front door, ceramic tile in the foyer, interior painting including a very high, two-story stairwell, exterior repairs). Everything was professionally done--the initial meeting with Geoff, the written proposal, the actual work, and the final walk-through. Before, during and after the project, Geoff was easy to contact, quick to respond, and patient with my many questions. He listened to my concerns, and gave me excellent advice and suggestions.His crews were hard workers, always on time, always polite and professional. They made sure that i was pleased with their work, were quick to correct problems and left the premises clean. Matt did a fantastic job installing a new front door and foyer tile, and Bruce and his crew of painters did a terrific job on interior painting. Bruce's expertise with spray painting gave me a front door with a beautiful finish.I was pleased with the work done on my house, and I was thrilled to be treated as if my small jobs were every bit as important as a whole-house remodel. I have requested that Geoff give me a proposal for floor coverings for the entire house. I await this new project with pleasure.Premier is an outstanding company with terrific crews. Call Geoff!

His worker did a very good job on the ceiling, but came and went at odd times, left a mess. He worked 2 nights when it was getting dark. Arrived about 6:30pm and left about 8pm. Owner was responsive to my complaints of not communication from worker.

It went poorly. I had the owner come out to give me an estimate to stucco my home. He showed up relatively on time but would not give an estimate. He asked to return with his best worker early in the week to look at the job. He stated he would return Wednesday at the latest. It is now two weeks later and there has been no call, no estimate, no show. Utterly unprofessional. Ask yourself this, if the owner is not capable of giving an estimate how well do you think the job will be performed. Sad and disappointing......

Over all he was a very professional craftsman, and I would consider him again if I have a plumbingproblem that I am certain as to the exact nature of the problem.

No worries at all about the quality of the work performed.

I am not sure if I would use them because it is just too much money right now.

We were initially interested in having the exterior of the house painted. After getting 3 estimates the deciding factor for us in addition to the price was the comfort level with Geoff. He is very professional, he listens to what you want and need and he offered excellent suggestions. We wanted to have the job done in as short a time as possible since we have 2 dogs who love to bark at workmen. Not only did they get it power washed and painted in the 4 days that they promised, but Bruce and his crew did an excellent job. It looks like a brand new house! We also had a small deck that needed to be replaced and Geoff was able to get that taken care of also in a timely manner. In the course of painting the house, we realized that we needed to replace some french doors off of our master bath. Geoff not only had the doors replaced but was able to have the plantation shutters from our old doors transferred onto the new doors, saving us several hundred dollars. Thank you Geoff and crew!

I called them twice to arrange a time for someone to come out to give me an estimate on services and no one ever called me back. Once I left a Voice Message and the 2nd time I spoke with a person who assured me someone would call me back that day. Several business days later, I haven't heard from anyone at this company. My opinion is if a company is not professional enough to treat potential customers with utmost respect and timeliness, they do not deserve my business.

They consulted with me about what I wanted and gave me a quote. They called to follow up to discuss the quote. They were knowledgeable, personable and prompt. I would recommend them.

Geoff personally came to the house at least two times to go over the work needed and to explain when and how it was to be completed. He provided an estimate for the job when expected and was very responsive to all our requests. His estimate was not the lowest but was priced competitively. Given the positive feedback and references, we decided to select Premier for the job and we did not regret our decision. Geoff kept us informed throughout the process and the house looks beautiful. The exterior color we requested was matched perfectly and the site was left very clean.

PRS had just finished a previous batch of work on my house (see previous report), and I was so pleased with the results that I asked for an estimate on the remaining items. Like my earlier job, PRS did not disappoint this time either. Always polite, Geoff was prompt in getting me an estimate and then started working the jobs as soon as I signed the contract. He did a really good job (again) all the way through, letting me know when things were scheduled and following up afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied with the results. All of the jobs were completed on time and on budget. The work was top notch, I couldn't be happier with the results. All of the workers were punctual, polite, and professional. I have had really good experiences with companies that I've found on Angie's List. PRS has a lot of great reviews, and after engaging them twice it's easy to understand why. If I need any future work done I will certainly call Geoff again.

Geoff showed up on time to do an inspection of my property. He asked questions and listened to understand what I was looking for, and described the options available so that I could select the most appropriate. The estimate was delivered in short order, and the figures were reasonable. Geoff had a team working at my house less than a week after I received approval from my HOA. The workers showed up on time and were extremely polite and professional. They worked very quickly, but more important they did an excellent job. Any house should look great after it's been painted, and no exception here. Very precise work, good clean lines, my house looks brand new. The new gutters also look great, but the most impressive is the restoration on the front door. The wood rot in my door frame was extensive, and PRS did an amazing job here. It looks great, and they saved me a ton of money on having a new front door installed. I highly recommend Premiere Remodeling Services. In my experience they are punctual and professional, they do a really good job, and the price is reasonable. I will be a repeat customer - I have a few more jobs to be taken care of, and I've already asked Geoff to prepare an estimate.

They were very professional, but their price was higher than the other estimates I recieved. My only issue was that after I advised them that I had chosen another provider, they contacted me to try and get me to change my mind.

We had a very positive experience. The communication was good and the team worked very well to complete the job in the time provided. We are very satisfied.

I called and scheduled an appnt for Jeff to come and give me an estimate. He canceled on me 3 times before getting to my home. Always an excuse. He said he would get the estimate to me in a 2-3 days. Well, 5-7 days later I did not have the estimate and actually had to email him asking for it. He was again full of excuses as to why he was late getting the estimate to me. Blah blah blah. And in the end, he had the highest estimate of all 4 contractors. Regardless of his estimate, just based on the level of responsiveness and customer serivce, Fugetaboutit!!! Chose to go elsewhere with someone who was on top of their game.

I really liked the guy. He returned the estimate in a very nice amount of time. It was a good price and I might still use them but I have put them on a back burner. He had good timing in comparison to other companies I contacted. He did a good job. He was very professional and I am considering using him.

The job went outstanding they did a great job. It was an on time commitment and the work was professional. The communication was great and very good. I would strongly recommend it.

Our experience with Geoff and Premier Remodeling was very poor. We would never recommend this company to do a major remodel on a house. We allowed 4 weeks for geoff and his workers to come into our vacant home to do the job. The job ended up taking 3 weeks longer and even still we had to hire someone else to complete the job. The workers Geoff hired to come into our home were very unprofessional. They worked when they wanted to and never cleaned up after themselves. When my husband and I had an issue with something going on with our home and how the work was being done, Geoff would constantly remind us of "freebies" he threw in for us, which were not asked for by us and were not wanted over the quality of the work we asked for and were given an estimate for. The add on closet the Geoffs company did was done to our expectation. however the walls looked terrible through out the rest of the house. there were globs of texture on many spots on the wall, the bathroom nor any of the closets were painted. Geoff excuse for that was that the walls were made of plaster,( which he knew when he took the job), and that what we had was as good as it would get. we had many est after him that stated the walls could be fixed. Geoff also began throwing in additional charges through out the renovation that were not necessary. such as plumbing charges. we had hired our own plumber to do the bathroom. We also went weeks with out a bedroom door, and we had to instal our own door knobs...we also had to hire someone else to fix the closet doors which are not hung right and chipped all up from Geoffs company many attempts to fix them. The Kitchen remodel was a complete disappointment. we are still trying to fix a lot of the mistakes his company made there. we paid over 8,000 dollars on a very tiny kitchen remodel. the only thing that included was cabinets, a sink, and some granite counter tops..... we bought all of the appliances which was our responsibility, but we also installed all of them, and put our own knobs and handles on the new cabinets. We also had to argue with geoff to put water lines in the the dishwasher and fridge, which he did after a few arguments about it. I would assume that if we had a complete kitchen remodel the cabinets handles and knobs and water lines going to appliances would be included..and if it is not then as the contractor he should make that very clear in the beginning, not tell us once all the appliances and cabinets are completed. When communicating with Geoff about the issues we were having with his company, he would not listen to what we had to say, he would just talk around in circles repeating himself. I feel that Geoff and the people he hires are very unprofessional. He might be qualified for small around the house jobs, but definately not for major renovations..

I originally sent Premier an e-mail explaining what I needed and desired an estimate on. I wanted blinds installed in my screen room. He called and left a message that he did not repair what other companies had installed. I did not bother to call him back; evidently he did not need any business.

Overall it went well. I found Geoff on Angie's List and after reading the reports, I decided to ask him for an estimate. He was very professional and his prices were reasonable. A couple of times I would add jobs to be done so we came to the final contract on the third revision. When the work started, it went very quickly. He had finished everything within a matter of days, not the week that I thought it was going to take. The two things that bothered me were (1) he wanted me to stay out of the process; however, if I had kept my nose out of things, he would not have known that the shower doors were improperly installed the first time and that his workers put an elongated toilet seat on a rounded front toilet; and (2) his workmen did not clean up after themselves. On several occasions, Geoff had to clean up after them. For example, when they drilled the holes for the drawer pulls, they did not clean out the inside of the the drawers. When I let them borrow mt hand vaccuum, they did not clean it out before they returned it. When I tried to use it, it did not work and Geoff cleaned it out for me.

Geoff Gilpin is very professional He is punctual, very knowledgeable, organized He is respectful, clean, polite and friendly The Painters were friendly and respectful They covered everything that could not be moved They cleaned up all messes The painting was beautifully done (I used three different colors) I am VERY happy with the finished work I would definitely hire Premier Remodeling Services again

. Totally it was a big project. I was very satisfied with them. The painting was superb. I am very much a perfectionist. So the painting was very good. The trimming was perfect. The decorative form was also well done. You could not even tell that repair has been done. The decorative form looks like a natural part of the house and it looks like a brand new house. Basically it took a 1988 house and made it look like a house built not too long ago. He does the painting himself but the decorative form people were contracted out. They did some damage on the windows. But he completely restored the windows with the help of another company but he did not charge me anymore. He took care of it promptly and quickly. I think this was a significant quality of the job. So he was very good. Price wise it was comprehensible. I don’t know if I would have gone with somebody else. I will use this provider in the future.

Premiere Remodeling did a great job on the house. They repaired some wood on the house. They added some stucco, painted, and pressure washed. Geoff did a great job at keeping within the initial proposal, and informed me of additional work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. The project went smoothly and I was glad that I hired Premier Remodeling. Geoff and the people that work with him are professional and do good work.

I contracted Premiere Remodeling to do a complete remodel of an upstairs bathroom. The entire project took about a week. All the work was done by licensed professionals from the plumber who installed the tub, electrician who put in the lighting and the tile work. Everyone was professional, on time, and did a superb job. I was especially impressed with the tile job. Geoff from Premiere spent a lot of time with me walking me through the process. He made sure I was aware of what time the work would start, what to expect and he did a fantastic job of taking the concept that I wanted for the bathroom and making it happen. One thing in particular I liked was that Geoff worked off a budget and made sure I knew about any additional work and the cost before hand. Geoff also worked hard to make sure that I was happy with the final project. Everything turned out great. I was happy with the cost and the quality of work.
