Geoff came to my house in the afternoon when he had been out of town earlier in the day. I had contacted him to get an estimate to remodel my small bathroom in a 1953 house. It had been remodeled before. He was my second estimate. I had already chosen and purchased my tile, grout, and planned to either reuse or purchase all other materials except the backerboard and caulk. I have come to realize that my budget was NOT realistic. I thought my first estimate was high but found out that Premiere Remodeling was twice as much as the first. I Geoff was very pleasant and seemed knowledgable. I followed up with several questions to him in an email and also ended up getting another proposal afterwards that was in line with the first one I received. I did also go back and re-read some of the reviews on the providers in making my decision after the estimates. I checked the reviews in the different catagories in which they may have done work. When I knew I would be hiring someone else, I did not pursue all the answers to my questions in my email to him. I've had to readjust my thinking and budget on this for sure.

We got them through Angie's List and they were awesome. They also ended up bringing another contractor that did some parts of the house. It's a pretty expensive house and it cost us about $12000 to paint the interior which was close to half of what some of the other folks were quoting. I can't imagine a better job being done by anybody else. They did a great job. We had a gigantic entertainment system that needed to be completely resurfaced as well as antiqued and so they brought some people in that they worked with in the past. They did an incredible job too. It was $12000 for the paint job and ended up being about $3500 for the cabinet remodel so it was probably close to $16000 in total. There was absolutely nothing that I disliked. They were very professional and professionally managed. Their interaction with the customer was extremely professional. They were extremely intelligent and they did very meticulous work. They were very detail oriented and very high quality. I’ve actually used them again already.

They came out twice. First time never gave me an estimate, even after I called and asked them to send and they told me would send in day or so. 2nd time we accidentally got them over again (thought they were another company), and they took a week to get estimate back and it was outrageous. Wanted $38,000 for a covered patio area outside with summer kitchen (3 to 4 times the other estimates I got). Would not recommend, waste of time.

Once their guy came, but never got back to me with a quote. I actually followed up and asked for the quote and he told me he would have it any day, but he never got it to us so he wasted our time. My girlfriend accidently called him again because we needed another quote so we happened to meet him over there again. It took him a week to get back to us and we just got the quote yesterday. It was four times higher than other bids I got. They are ridiculous. The cost of his quote was $40,000.

We have worked with Premier before on a more extensive remodel and paint job, and both times they did good quality, professional work. I was impressed both times with their employees, no matter what their expertise. They are all professional-behaving, nice people who were accommodating of the various projects we were trying to accomplish within the same house. They are also obviously skilled at their different specialties. The crew leaders are knowledgeable and do their best to deliver the outcome you desire within your budget. I was also appreciative of the variety of services they can bring to a project. Geoff in particular is quite professional and provides detailed estimates. I would definitely use them again.

All work was completed in 3 days - remarkable. The first day was a total "prep" day - inside and out. The next day had 5 painters working on the inside (downstairs), 2 outside spraying with a high velocity gun, and the gutter man worked by himself. The third day they put the second and third coats where ever needed. They painted the trim and finished the interior and exterior at 10:45 PM on Wednesday. They were friendly, personable, and hard working. They did a great job and I would use them again and recommend them freely.

They are very professional and they have done two houses for me. We had liked the job that they did previously for us, so we made them paint the new house as well.They did the job as they promised and in a timely manner. They not only completed our house but went beyond; they did some repairs and were careful not to cut any corners. There price was competitive.

Everything worked out well and I was pleased with his work. He helped me at the last minute to do the work. He was very neat, clean, and tidy. I would recommend him and use him again.

The schedule was tight and so was our budget. We had to postpone few things which I will gladly ask Geoff to help us with it again. Without hesitation. Geoff delivers and delivers well. Quality of work (except the cleaning maids) and professionalism is what we got out of this transaction. Really happy!

After I met with them, they told me they would have a price for me Thursday, However, they decided to go over my head and contact the Landlord of the building, and told them that they had fire issues and security system issues. Both were not true. These 2 guys think they are smarter then they are. As of today, they have not contacted me with a rate! The Company who owns the building has set me up thier contractor (who knows what they are doing). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY COMMERCIAL WORK. Very disappointed in thier professionalism. As it turns out,there is no fire or alarm modification necessary, This refects the companies overall experience.

Everything went really well. He did the job in a timely manner and it looks really good. We were also impressed by his professionalism.

I interviewed several general contractors for a complete kitchen remodel and found Geoff to be the most professional and trustworthy of them all. As I learned over an 8-month period, many general contractors will lower the price on certain jobs in your estimate to make them look more competitive, but pad it in other places to make up for it. I discussed this in detail with Geoff and found him to be understanding of my concerns and very fair in the estimate he provided. In the end, I decided to trust Angie's list and hired each job out individually, but had I gone with a GC, it most definitely would have been Geoff.

Jeff, the owner, on 2 diff. occasions let me see color charts & cards when asked for suggestions he gave t hem but was not pushy. He also painted small areas on house to show me color I had chosen. He never hurried me, he was always available & emphasized it was important that I was satisfied. Workers polite & stayed focused on job. I felt this company was very honest, trustworthy & respectful - very important for elderly to know.

Geoff from Premier Remodeling Services came round to do the quote. He was a very nice guy, very personable and very professional. We chatted for quite a while when he came. I didn't go with them because it was outside my budget. But my feeling was that they were very professional and know what they are doing. In retrospect, I should maybe have gone with him then, and I will definitely consider them for any future work.

They were punctual, accurate, and cleaned up well. They were responsive and did a phenomenal job.

After contacting Angie's list and securing the e-mail address and phone number a contact was made and Goeff returned the call quickly and made a proposal in a timely fashion and had the work done by two of his men that cleaned up after themselves and did the work in a timely manner.

This was a small job in an office building. They were prompt in providing an estimate, prompt in arriving to do the work, professional, and courteous. They had to come back after the repair was complete but that was ok, the tiles just needed more weight while the glue dried. They returned promptly. The owner followed up to make sure we were completely happy. I would use them again.

I would highly recommend this professional team.

you will not find a more responsive company anywhere from start to finish. As soon as I made the first call until the final walk through they called or emailed with updates weekly and in some cases daily. They even called on the phone when necessary. The job was quite extensive and many subs were used but they did a great job scheduling and staying on the job. There were no hidden charges and the final bill was as agreed to. I have nothing but the highest compliments for Geoff and his team. Geoff is someone you can trust and I would most definitely use he and his team for any future job. My compliments. Thanks

He is great! He is an honest guy and very punctual. When he says he will be there, he is there. I would highly recommend this company.

We received a quote from Premier about 5 months prior to having our home painted. They were patient with us through our budgeting process, however, the quote ended up being about 400 more since we did not act on it immediately (due to inflation of costs I am guessing). However, the job they did was worth the extra money - even with the bad weather they still managed to get our house in before my husband came home from business travel that weekend. Very courteous crew and respectful of our property - everything was nice and clean when they left.

Geoff was very nice and professional. However, in the end I went with another excellently reviewed contractor on Angie's List due to receiving 3 lower offers. I would definitely consider using them in the future, if the price was right.
