The quote looks very nice and we might use them. They gave us a very good impression. We like them. We still need to do some more comparison and researches before we decide. We are just busy and therefore we are delaying it. It’s not their fault in anyway. They were pretty quick. They gave us the quote within a week after we met them. They came here a couple of times. The quote was sent in the form of an email to me. We liked everything about them. We did not dislike anything. The materials that were given in the quote were not exactly what we wanted. We can always ask them and that’s not a big deal. We can ask them when we meet them again. They are really good and they gave us a quote which was fine. We would use their services again in the future.

The overall experience could not have been better. Geoff Gilpin, who owns the company was always punctual and in touch via e-mail and phone. He is simply a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. He provided a careful and detailed estimate, checked on progress and quality of workmanship throughout the job. He arranged for an extra person to do prep work that was not included in the estimate (moving our books and closet items and then helping put things back in place) and on this large job, did not add it to the cost. The workmen were all courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They arrived on time as scheduled, and asked permission to work late when doing so would allow them to finish an area. The crew was large enough that the work was completed faster than we expected. If a detail was missed, Geoff usually found it before we did and it was immediately corrected. When one color for an exterior door was a bit off, Geoff had the door repainted (at his expense). The end product is exactly as we expected. There were a few small areas where repairs were necessary because the previous water handling had caused rotting of some areas of the lanai, some door frames and the areas immediately adjacent to them. Geoff had a very capable carpenter do that part of the work, which was done so well, that if you did not know it had been done it would be almost impossible to tell that areas were repaired. The only thing I need to add in qualification of this report is that on price, I did not comparison shop in detail. I believe Geoff's price was reasonable based on ball park estimates we had for a house this size, and also from the consistent ratings on Angie's List saying that Geoff's pricing is good. We are totally satisfied and will definitely use Geoff's firm again for any paining and associated repairs.

The job was well done and completed as scheduled. Geoff, the owner, did a great job of keeping me informed during the whole process. Because a majority of the work was done while I was at work, Geoff emailed me photos of underlying wood damage as they took of the exterior wood trim on the front of the house. When providing the initial estimate he informed me that cost could increase if damage was found beneath the wood trim and the pictures helped me understand what they found, what needed to be done to correct the damage, and the associated increase in cost. The cost increases were reasonable and the whole job came in lower than my novice worse case estimate. The crews hired by Geoff were on time and did a good job of cleaning up any debris from their work. During the initial estimate Geoff did a great job of presenting me with alternatives to my initial ideas of how to perform some of the repairs. One example was he suggested stuccoing an area under the roof line where the siding had wood rot. Overall, my experience working with Premier Remodeling was very pleasant and I plan to use them in the future to perform some kitchen and bath remodeling (new counters) that we discussed at the completion of this job.

They were punctual and came out to gave an estimate, but eventually went with a more affordable company

They had to bring stucco people, gutter people, roof people and painters, to repair the interior and exterior of the house. They were reasonably priced. The owner of the company is very good and professional. They paid attention to detail and their follow ups were very good. I highly recommend them and will continue to use the same in future.

He always kept me informed of everything that he was doing and of any budget changes. He cleared it with me first. He was prompt and did great work.

A very pleasurable experience from start to finish. I shopped around, looking at several contractors, and Geoff was by far the most professional and personable I had met. He didn't have the lowest bid, but was very competitive - the way he presented himself and his business is what sealed the deal for my wife and I. Geoff came to our home a few times with paint, carpet, and carpet pad samples for us to make our choices and let us keep them for several days while we figured out what colors we wanted to put where. Geoff's professionalism, as hoped, carries down to his workers. This was a large job (at least to us) - 11 work days spread across a two week period. Workers arrived at the scheduled time each day, called ahead of time for the one time they were running late, and worked very hard each day often staying past 6pm to complete a task. This is a two story home, and they tackled it in this order: Downstairs Paint, Downstairs Carpet, Stairs Paint, Stairs Carpet, Upstairs Paint, Upstairs Carpet. Paint The crew was friendly and respectful of us and our property, making sure everything was covered while painting and even removing their shoes before entering the house despite knowing they were replacing the carpet after painting! Great attention to detail, and no push-back at all when we pointed out the smallest areas that we asked to be touched-up at the end of the job. After one room was painted a particularly bold color, we had second thoughts - we liked the color, but it seemed too intense. The next day they went and remixed the paint at 50% intensity and repainted some areas for comparison. We ultimately decided to keep the first, bold color at full intensity and we're now glad we did, and we appreciated the extra mile they went on that issue to help us decide. Carpet Unlike several carpet installers I talked to, this crew helped me move a lot of heavy stuff that I was unable to move by myself....and then helped me move it all back after the new carpet was laid. They were quick and diligent. Throughout the entire process, Geoff was in contact with us multiple times a day to keep us up to date on progress and what-not. He came by the house every day to check on the crews and make sure we were happy with the proceedings. When we had questions during the job, he stayed in touch with us via email, text messaging, and by voice during and after business hours. He has multiple projects he's managing every day but always made us feel like we were his only client. Our 10-year old home looks totally transformed and we love it. We'll be wanting to paint the exterior in early 2011, and we'll most definitely be using Geoff's Premier Remodeling.

It went very well and every time there was an issue, we pointed it out. The owner came over and made sure it got addressed. In the end it all turned out very well. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future. Price is an A; they were one of the lower bids. I?m very happy with the quality. The owner always came out to address any of our questions. It was a challenge due to weather; it took a little longer than expected but they were thorough. The owner was very professional.

Sub-contractors were used and Premier showed up occasionally. Often the sub-contractors were late and seemed to work rather slow. Exterior cracks in the stucco were patched and painted. One large stucco area that was cracking and damaged was a concern for us however we were told it would be repaired and painted so "you'd never be able to tell any difference from the rest of the house." Two years later the large stucco area they patched is failing and it's very obvious where this work was done. I wouldn't hire this company again.

This is the second home improvement project we have had Premier do for us and they did another outstanding job. Our estimate was detailed, explaining exactly what would be done and what the cost was. Geoff was in contact with us throughout the job, making sure that everything was being done to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and when we plan our next project, we will go straight to Premier to get it done.

They did an excellent job and we would use them again.

Overall, they were excellent. They were on time, on budget, friendly, and did a good job.

They were fantastic. Those guys are great. They were very professional and very nice people. Jeff is a great guy. The painters he sent out here were really nice people, very professional, and very neat, which is something we were really interested in. It was just a real good operation overall, all of the way around.

Did not use this company or get an estimate

You couldn't ask for better. The jobs were done with a great deal of attention to the details. Painters arrived when they were scheduled. If there was a delay they called in advance to let us know. The painters covered what needed to be covered. There was no mess left. Every day as they left, they stored their supplies neat and clean. The jobs were completed in the exptected time, and really were done a lot better than expected. If I EVER need painting done again, these are the people I will call. We were SO impressed!!!!!

They had a good rating at the time. He did a very good job on the first job. He was very professional. I'm going to use him for the second job as well.

We have a block home which was built a long time back and is pretty solid. We had some new windows put in and wanted to have them repainted. The owner first came out and walked around and measured everything. He saw what needed to be done and told us to see the process that they use. They trench from the exterior foundation so that the paint would go below the soil line. I asked if we couldn?t trim the bushes and what to expect and how they prep, prime and paint it. The owner was very professional and a good communicator. He was nicely dressed and came in his personal vehicle. He came on Friday and I had a bid waiting for me this morning through an e-mail. He had informed that I would get the bid on Monday. I know that he might have worked on it either last night or early this morning before he could start with his work for the day. He called to see if he could come early. There are some people who don?t even give you a courtesy call.

The experience was very good from start to finish. Geoff Gilpin, the owner, is very focused on customer service and is very accommodating and friendly to work with. He was very patient and kind with my parents, especially my father, who has Alzheimer's and tended to be a bit in the way. They came out twice before providing an estimate to do the work. The estimate was quite reasonable, so we hired them to do the work. Materials we selected would have pushed out the start date, so they helped us select a tile available locally so we could stay on schedule. They started and finished on the dates they originally gave us. They arrived early each day and did a full day's hard work. The contractors were very polite, did high quality work, paid careful attention to detail, identified and solved problems that arose, and cleaned up behind themselves. Given that it was an old home, many challenges arose during the remodel. They consistently helped us work through them at the least possible expense and with no sense that they were unhappy with problems that arose. Several items arose that they could have glossed over and done with less quality, and they did not. For example, one sink that I provided was warped. They could have installed it in the right hand position and caulked it in, and I likely would not have noticed at first, and not bothered to address it later. They did not; they brought it to my attention, returned the sink to me, and came back another day to install the replacement sink and hardware. The finished product is beautiful. Quality job from start to finish.

I spent around $2500 on the job. They were great. They knew what they were doing. They came out on time. They worked really hard and did good work. They didn?t waste their time. They were excellent. They cleaned outside the house, applied the sealer and did the painting. I will use them again in the future.

Excellent company. From start to finish they did everything right. There were delays due to weather, and that was not something they could control. However, we were notified of any delay and kept informed on a daily basis on what was going on and when things would be done. I wouldn't hesitate to use Premier again.

I was very pleased with them. They did quality work. They came when they said they would. The owner came out on a Sunday with a helper and removed furniture for me. Their price was very fair.

Their price was significantly below my other bid. They promptly came & pressure washed & then repaired cracks and painted in 2 colors. Upon completion, while I was very pleased with the job, the owner felt that a touch up was needed in a couple of spots & sent someone out the next day or so to fix them. Overall I was extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use them again!

We were very pleased with Premier's service from start to end of the engagement. We had received several quotes around Celebration, Fl area and felt that they were extremely high based on market comparisons. We engaged Premier to give us an estimate, as well as several others and found them to be a complete estimate. In addition, they were also the lowest price by about 10K. We were very clear about the work we wanted done and from the time we started to finish, they always met our expectations for the jobs. The work area was always well prepared and cleaned when the job was finished. Corners were neatly painted and there were no spill overs of colors into each other. When they did the exterior painting, they were careful to do any repairs, caulking, removal of shutters, etc prior to painting. In addition, there was no paint on the landscaping and shrubs by the side of the house. The bathroom remodeling was probably the hardest of the jobs since they were in the Master suite for several weeks. We had one issue with the tile contractor and they immediately came out and fixed to our satisfaction. All of the work was delivered on time as promised and the contractors working the different jobs were all professonal and courteous. The foreman that was assigned to us was the best that we have ever worked with. It has been several weeks since the job was finished and we have had no issues with any of the work, nor have we found any of the "little things" that you discover after a job was done. Geoff, owner, was always checking in with us to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and even made his own list of things that we didn't even notice. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do painting/remodeling.

Everything went extremely well. The workers showed up on schedule, did very professional and conscientious work, and cleaned up after themselves. There were no real problems, no unpleasant surprises.

The contact that we had at Premier was mainly the painting person (we also received an estimate for this). The end result is beautiful but getting there was a bit difficult. There was a lot of back and forth on what floors were available for the original price we were quoted. The first time that the sales person came to the house-he only brought the light color samples-we were looking for something darker. The sales person then brought other options to the house and we made a decision. Turns out the one that we selected was not available so had to make another option. In the end, the installers were great and worked hard. Once they came (the actual start date was about 1 1/2 weeks after expected start date), they worked hard, showed up on time and even worked Saturday to help get caught up.
