Alfredo was great to work with from the estimate to work completion! We contacted three roofing companies for estimates. New Horizons provided the best price which included upgraded shingles & underlayment. The job started & ended per the schedule Alfredo provided. His employees did a great job & were careful to pick up the roofing debris when finished. Alfredo has a small, local business and takes very good care of his customers. I would strongly recommend using New Horizons for roofing needs!

The owner, Alfredo was always available via texting or phone call and responded quickly to all requests, very accommodating and easy to work with.

Alfredo was great to deal with throughout the entire process! He was always professional and available for questions. They dropped off a dumpster on Saturday. Monday they started bright and early (7:00am). They laid out tarps to collect debris and started removal of old roofing. They repaired 5 truss members, repaired a section of roof in front, replaced some of the plywood deck, removed off ridge vents and started installing the underlayment. The shingles were supposed to arrive Tuesday morning but did not arrive until later that afternoon. They had roof dried in Tuesday before slight rain in the morning. Wednesday they completed shingle installation and torched down the rolled roofing on flat roof. The crew did great work!

I contacted Alfredo through Home Advisor for a job that needed to be done quickly, and I am out of the area. Alfredo got in touch with my realtor and got the job done within a few days. I can not thank you enough for a job well done, making this just a minor hiccup for us.

After reviewing 16 different roofers I chose New Horizons Roofing as they had the best reviews online and one of the best prices. Alfredo handled all the paperwork with the city and they did the work in two days with a big crew. The Roof turned out wonderfully, the inspector said it was a very good job. They use the latest products such as peel and stick, they put in new vents vents, and the new shingles looked excellent, and couldnâ t ask for more. I could have paid more but I would not have got more. Very very pleased with my choice to go with them. We live in the Legends and the neighbors like our new roof very much.

Freddy and his team are very professional and gave me the best quote for my new roof. I got four estimates and his was not only the best price but their workmanship was outstanding. I am an investor and I have now hired Freddy and his company to replace three roofs and he has not disappointed. I have now found my new roof company for all my roofing needs.

Alfredo, the president of the company, did the repair on my roof his self. He made the whole process very easy and he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. If/when I have roofing problems again I will definitely be going to New Horizons Roofing again.

Very responsive and fast. No unexpected charges and gave different options for repairs. Did not feel pressured to do more than was necessary.
