Mark was very personable at first. Sent many pics of example and did a good job selling his services. Initially, I was thrilled. He removed a veritable jungle in the corner of the backyard. I know it was a lot of work. Re-sod the yard, and I was pleased. Installed an irrigation system and beautiful plants. But then, I started having problems. It was never finished. Trash and debris were left and never cleaned up. He kept saying I would be back to finish. Needed to clean up and finish installing mulch, clean up weeds, etc. We agreed on a punch list of final items. 2 weeks later, it was still not done, and he already had the final payment. A neighbor left a review on Facebook, nothing nasty, just stating it was not done. I had to go out of town for work and he was watching house. By the third week of waiting, I got a message that he is cutting ties due to review and an overprotective neighbor. (This neighbor offered the workers water and shade during their work) Over the 4th of July weekend, I am trying to find someone to treat my new lawn for chinch bugs and webworms and finish the landscaping. As of July 14th, I have found someone to finish my yard but am now out even more money! The irrigation system was not installed correctly, and there was no rain sensor (required by the city). Yard was being over watered, mulch was being watered, so weeds were growing, and some of the plants were already dying. I gave two stars mainly because the initial work to clean the jungle in the backyard was good, and I do love the plant selections. But I feel taken advantage of by him. I feel he overpromised for the price. I had a hard budget, and now I am out of a lot of extra money just to fix it, much less get to where it needs to be.

Mark was very kind and did the work in a very timely manner. He answered all my questions and didnâ t leave until I was 100% satisfied. I will be hiring him again for any outdoor projects I have.

Mark guided us through, not only the design of the proposed gardens; but the cost , comprises and need to conserve water. And still have year long colors. Until the new build is completed, KEEPâ N IT GREEN LLC goes by the property twice month and Maintains the property. Our soon to be neighbors speak highly of him. Heâ s respectful ,courteous And goes out of his way to help when help is needed.

I would not recommend this company. Unpleasant and unprofessional.

Project: Add curb appeal and stop soil erosion on all sides of lawn, except fenced backyard. Mark wanted work for his people and offered to get paid at completion. Loud talker and denies spoken discussions. Sod were installed without prepping and bags of mulch emptied without leveling. Project remains unsolved.

Easy to talk to, just started on my lawn but so far I like what I see. Will update review after they service for a bit

Was invoiced incorrectly twice in little over a month. Expensive and quality of work not very good.

Be careful how you talk to him.

They showed up within hours of my posting the job request. They had it done in a few hours within a couple of days. I didnâ t even have to be there. Great work. The neighborhood association is off my back now. Mark and Team are easy to work with.

They were prompt, did a nice job. Good follow-through, good everything. They accidentally nicked a sprinkler line while they were digging, and when they found out, they just fixed it. No issues, they just fixed it.

They were honest and straightforward with me. They gave me options and ideas for what could go wrong in the future. They were very confident and it was obvious that they have experience. The work was done really quickly.
