+ -1 moreBobby coordinated all the work that needed to be done to prepare the house to be sold. At times, he was there doing the work himself. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well and in a timely manner. It was a great help knowing I could rely on him and the house sold within a week of being on the market! I wanted to find a house and purchase it before dealing with selling my current house. This was a little tricky, but Bobby helped tremendously by getting me in touch with people who could work with me to get the financing in order to do this. He was very diligent in helping us find just the right house to fit our needs as well as patient as we looked at multiple houses. He was a godsend!
Description of Work: Preparing house to be sold: wall built to enclose the loft and a door added, carpet, paint, laundry room drywalled/finished, pipes had to be replaced throughout the house, tile cleaned, misc. maintenance and touch-up.
