On the initial visit all landscape maintenance that would be required was discussed. We were assured it would be accomplished. After two months it still wasn’t done. Repeated attempts to have someone come back out to review the situation were ignored. Attempts to put request on a note on the gate (please trim hedge) resulted in angry email telling us not to do that but still no site visit as we requested. Crews did show up on time every week for 20 minutes. Two person crew. One always did his work with a phone in one hand, picking up leafs then goes and leans against the truck with both hands on the phone. The other guy runs a trimmer or sprays. We have it all recorded on our cameras and have tried to get someone to come discuss this with us to no response. So due to lack of customer support we discontinued service after 5 months. The charge was $200 a month and that did not include the lawn being mowed. We have since hired a new company that does much better maintenance of the landscaping and mows for $150 a month.

I have lived in the same single family house in Orlando for almost 20 years during which time I have had a number of different lawn care and maintenance companies including some of the big names. At this time I have the best I have ever had-JMK Landscape and Maintenance-and it’s time to give them some praise: efficacious, efficient, pleasant, punctual and caring.They are here every week summer and winter and always clean up afterwards.

Arrived on schedule with a professional team and did yard maintenance that had been ignored by my previous contractor. Cut all bushes to my specs, weeded all beds, cut back all plants touching the house, trimmed all hedges, and raked and bagged all leaves.. Provided suggestions to improve looks and control of plants.I have been here 17 years and the okacehas never looked this good. Owner and staff are pleasant and responsive. Strongly recommend them
