The tree was planted the first week of June and promptly died 5 weeks later. The tree was watered each day and also has a sprinkler head next to it, which runs for 1 hour twice a week, as well. I contacted Mr. Fremming when I noticed that all the leaves on the tree had suddenly turned brown. I also contacted the local arborist and he said that either the tree was not planted correctly or, most likely, the tree had some disease for it to die so quickly. Mr. Fremming came out to look at the tree and agreed the tree was dead. When I asked him to get me another tree, he said he would for another $600.00! I told him it was unreasonable to expect someone to pay again when the tree only lasted for 5 weeks. I tried to negotiate with him for a smaller tree or to go to the tree nursery where he purchased the tree to ask for some assistance. He refused to negotiate any type of settlement or resolution to this concern and basically told me I was out of luck and "to get a lawyer". Word of warning, if you use this company for any landscaping and something dies off right away, you will be out of luck and out the money you paid.

They offered great suggestions and completed the job in the time they estimated. They are very reliable, hard working and trustworthy. They did an excellent job in cleaning up. When they were done, the landscaping looked very neat and attractive. However, I had a concern about a low spot and they came out very promptly and looked at area and repaired it immediately.
