The pressure washing is fine. The problem is that he hasn't done anything from the rest of the projects that I was asking for as he said he is waiting for the price on how much it will gonna cost him to fix the wall on the pool equipment. Instead of doing the rest of the work first, he keeps on rescheduling his appointment, doesn't show up and keeps on saying he's waiting for the price. He has the rest of my $1,400 for the other services and he doesn't plan to give it back.

Logan did a wonderful job! He was very meticulous and even made corrections and adjustments so the floor base and corners were made sturdy and solid. He asked for quality materials which I provided. He even helped pick up some added materials that are lacking from the original products I purchased and had delivered to our house. The total square footage was about 224 sq. ft. I would highly recommend him and his professional services. Definitely 5 stars out of 5! Thank you, Logan. My wife and I are very happy with your hard work and your work ethic.

It went very well. Logan was quickly responsive. He kept me informed, he performed the work promptly, and did an awesome job. He is also cost conscious--and prides himself on his workmanship. Indeed, I have him giving me estimates for work that I need around my house now. I recommend him highly!

We initially thought we would have to replace our window. Logan was able to repair our window. He was professional, punctual and his work was excellent.

Terrible! Had an appointment which they did not show up. Called to see what was going on and he did not even retain my number to call me about his not showing up. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this company. They do not keep their word.

Logan is a pleasure to work with. He cleaned our tile roof several years ago and did a great job. Today he stopped by to fix a couple of roof leaks. He is very conscientious. He made sure the roof was repaired today as the forecast was for heavy rain tonight. Much appreciated.

Recently hired Logan with Floors and More handyman for some projects around the house and had an overall great experience. First had Logan stop in to give a quote, was very detailed and gave us some ideas we had not even thought of. Then we went ahead and scheduled the project where he fixed the dry wall holes, baseboards upstairs, replace some old flooring, painting of doors, and help us detect a leak. When he says floors and more, he really does it all. Was very good and detailed in his work. Made sure to clean up after and took that time and effort you would expect someone to take if they lived there. Have had a handful of contractors do projects around the house and it was nice to have someone who really slowed down to make sure the work was getting done right.

Always good results for me.
