+ -1 moreOverall we feel the experience was successful. We heard horror stories of short sales and overall we did not experience that. Paul's calm manner kept us optimistic. It was a a larger amount of work as buyers than previous buying experiences. In a short sale the bank holds all the cards and you never see them. So being the one with the cash is not a power situation. We have several small things to fix. One that I am sure was known to sellers and their agent did not state on the disclosure. However we expected that might be the case.
Description of Work: We used Paul Buscemi as our buyer's agent while shopping for a home in the Greater Orlando Florida area. Paul was very professional and assisted us in viewing many homes. He helped us narrow our search area also. We found a short sale house and he worked with the seller's agent who was the agent connected with the bank, The Seller's agent,.Rachel N., was not so professional. She brought her children when we viewed the house and was not accurate in information. However Paul kept working and keeping us calm all the way to closing. By coincidence both worked for Exist Realty,

+ -1 moreIt went very well. At first, I was very stressed about buying a home, but Didem was very friendly and reassured me that even in this economy I can get my dream home. I already referred her to friends whom love her as well. She is awesome!
Description of Work: Didem Hanley was an amazing real estate agent. She brought me back and forth across Orlando and further. She brought me to open houses and was a true advocate for my interests. She found me an amazing house, and told me every detail. Didem stuck around for the home inspection and made sure everything was in tip top shape!
