Description of Work: Trim our oak tree. He provided a quote to trim the tree for $325 and removed just a few larger limbs. In removing those limbs it was done professionally and quickly. But, when I inspected his work I asked him why he was not going to remove the smaller, dead limbs up through the core of the tree? His response was that portion of the tree was never a part of the quote. In all the years I have obtained quotes of trimming our oak trees I have never gotten quotes on a per limb basis always for the tree as a whole. If I would of known this during the quote process I never would have been selected this gentleman's company. Now every single time we have a major rain storm I find myself out in my yard picking up the smaller dead limbs after the storm. I have learned from this experience and it will not happen again when work for this tree is required again.

The job was done neatly and my yard looks much better. I would definitely recommend Danny and will call him again for future tree service.

Everything was cleaned up by the time I came home and the service was exactly as described. It really helps having the person who estimates the job being the same person leading his crew to complete it. We got exactly what was discussed. We've been using the wrong tree services for years, I'm glad I've finally found the right one.
Description of Work: Danny removed lots of long, large oak limbs dangling above our first and second floors. He also balanced the weight of our canopies, and took care of a number of small annoyances.

He was here the entire time they were and was the main worker when it came to trimming the trees. They did an excellent clean up job on all of the debris created by such a massive tree trimming. He did not ask for any payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. He also was willing to trim a few more branches at the end when we decide they neede to go as well.
Description of Work: He gave a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to each tree. He listened to our concerns and worked out a solution. He trimmed all of the trees we had talked about and did an excellent clean up job afterward

He was quick to complete the job, did an excellent job at it and left no mess behind! We would definitely recommend him for services and will use him for future jobs.

+ -1 moreDanny, the owner, came out the day after I called him. He arrived a little bit earlier than the approximate time given but phoned to say he was on his way first. We went over the trimming that needed done and then he suggested a food supplement and explained why. The work was completed a week later, within the time frame given. Work met expectations and the work area was completely cleaned. Danny is easy to talk with and patient in answering any questions and providing information about the health of the trees.

Forget the wholesale hat-racking, side-walling, lion-tailing sales pitches you'll get from other companies. Danny carefully identifies the exact limbs he will prune, and then follows through. 3) When the job is done, your lot is left as clean as it was when his crew arrived. 4) Your trees won't look scalped and sick when he's finished. They'll just look "better" and pose less risk to your property. 5) Danny arranged for his insurance company to provide me his certificate of insurance before the job commenced; I appreciated that. Thanks Danny!
Description of Work: Danny Baugher Tree Service removed two trees, ground their stumps, and extensively trimmed throughout our residential lot. I will definitely call on Danny for all of my tree and landscape work from now on.

Description of Work: Danny trrimmed and removed unwanted limbs from a large Shumard Oak and removed a 25 foot pear tree leaving the stump just as I asked. The clean-up was exceotional. The most impressive element was his recognizing deficiences in the Oak and providing injections to correct them. He and his men were very professional and aware of safety at all times. He cautoned me more than once to move further from the work.

The attention to the cuts for after removing limbs showed the concern for the health od the tree and my satisfaction. The injection of the tree was done after a very thorough and obviously knowledgable explanation of the trees health - not really bad, but needed some attention as we all do on occasion. The concern for safety was paramount, and I would great difficulty in finding any fault in this experience. Ed Bendure

+ -1 moreI called Danny Friday morning and he said he would be out between 6 and 7 Friday evening to give me an estimate. He showed up at about 6:30. My husband and I showed him what we wanted trimmed and he gave us suggestions on what should be done. He asked us several questions about the ficus tree and how we wanted it to end up looking like. We had quite a discussion about the ficus tree. The palm was simple. He gave us an estimate and said he would be here Sat. before noon. He was here at noon and Danny the owner did the job himself with a helper, Danny did all the cutting and his assistant dragged all the limbs to the chipper. When the job was done, all the debris was gone. It took about an hour and the trees look great.

Description of Work: I have a 30 foot tall Magnolia tree that needed pruning. Danny came to my house, examined the tree and said he would prune the tree for $250 and remove all debris. He is very knowledgeable about trees in general and magnolias specifically. He said he would do the job in about a week so I was surprised to have him show up the next morning with a truck, a large shredder and a helper. He cut two very long and heavy limbs and then climbed up into the center of the tree and opened it up. The job was finished inside 2 hours and the site left clean of debris.

THE GENTLEMAN DOING THE WORK ARRIVED ON THE DAY AGREED AND MADE SHORT WORK OF THE STUMP. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
