The report provided told us what we needed to know, although I'm sure they would welcome any followup questions I might have. They were very pleasant to work with, and I would recommend them to friends based on our positive experience.
Description of Work: We needed a Termite/Wood Destroying Organisms inspection for a house we are under contract to purchase.

Description of Work: I have been using Custom Pest since I moved to Orlando about 1 1/2 years ago. Since I have a phobia to ants Shannon has been very vigilant to make sure they never enter my home. He has gone out of his way to protect my property with products that I feel comfortable with. He will explain everything he is doing with a smile. His office staff, Betsy, is friendly and very helpful. I just had Shannon out for my regular visit and yearly Termite inspection when a few days later I found "Ghost" ants trailing inside my house. I called and Betsy was able to send someone within just a couple of hours to my home. This Tech was informed of my phobia and was very vigilant in hunting down where the problem was coming from. He treated inside and out after asking me what I would allow in my home since normally I do not treat the inside. Other companies may be larger, have more employees, fancy commercials and gimmicks but this smaller company still gives you the attention, service and the respect you deserve!

+ -1 moreShannon and the staff always treat us with respect and perform the agreed upon duties flawlessly. They go above all expectations. All of the different Techs are on time, professional, thorough. They take the time to discuss any procedure, areas of concern. The office staff are wonderful. We are satisfied in every respect. I have referred Custom Pest Solutions to many friends and they always get the job done.
Description of Work: We have used them for pest control and annual termite bond. They found active termite activity while we were under the prior company's termite warranty. After I called theprior comp company and cancelled, Custom Pest Solutions took over in 2002.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED THEM FOR THE PAST SEVEN YEARS, AND I FEEL THEY DO A GOOD JOB. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS, AND THEY HAVE VERY REASONABLE PRICES. THEY ARE ALSO VERY PUNCTUAL AND ALWAYS CALL BEFORE THEY COME, WHICH I LIKE.
Description of Work: THEY SPRAY IN MY HOUSE EVERY YEAR BECAUSE OF THE TERMITE PROBLEM IN FLORIDA, SO I USE THIS AS A PREVENTION.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY CAREFUL TO USE AS LITTLE PESTICIDE AS POSSIBLE TO GET THE JOB DONE AND MAKE SURE MY KIDS AND PETS ARE 100% SAFE. THEY ALSO COME WITHIN 24 HOURS WHENEVER I CALL FOR WASPS NESTING NEAR THE HOUSE OR ANTS FINDING THEIR WAY INSIDE.
Description of Work: THE AMOUNT IS WHAT WE PAID EVERY OTHER MONTH. WE SPRAYED THE SOIL AREAS AND MULCH AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE TO FORM A BARRIER AGAINST OUTSIDE INSECTS. WE TREATED AS NEEDED INDOORS.
