I can only tell you that I would not hire this company nor would I refer them to anyone I know. Brian told us we would hear from him with an estimate in a couple days from the date he first came to our house. After 2 weeks we heard nothing. We left messages for Brian on his cell phone but never received a call back. We sent him an email but he never answered us. My husband happened to call his cell phone one day and he answered. We were given what I will now say was a story. He told us that he has been at the Home Show and had not had time to prepare the estimate but would send it in a day or two. Here we sit and still have not heard anything. We first contacted them at the end of September. I can tell you that we are DONE trying the work with them. Any Company who treats people this way in my book is unprofessional and I would never hire them. If after looking at our project they were not interested in it they could have been honest with us and we would have understood. Treating any potential customer this way is unprofessional and unacceptable to me. Sincerely Honiegay Young

Mark was very professional, looked over the job, was honest and told me what I needed, said I might be better off hiring a handyman. He told me what he could do the job and gave me a complete estimate for the complete remodel job if I chose to do so, also said it might be cheaper to hire a handyman.

Brian was very responsive, punctual, understanding of our circumstances, offered several alternatives. The price was fair, the team was excellent and the job looks great. They went above and beyond expectations and we are very happy with the results.

Because of personal illness in our family, Mark had to put our job on hold for a few weeks after the windows were ordered. Being a businessman, I'm sure he wanted to finish our job and move on, but he never pressured us. When we could finally have it done, Mark and his crew installed seven large windows and one sliding door in the kitchen. The windows are of high quality double pane glass and are beautiful. The work was done in one day by installers who knew their stuff. Very nice job by professionals. I can't say enough good about this company. I can easily recommend this company with confidence.

Brian was super-responsive and knowledgable when we came out the first time. That is was sold me, but the price and keeping me informed of all the options and what he had to do for regulations/laws. Windows came in when they should have and installed a week later (could have been sooner if I was available). Install went super fast and surprised and professionalism. No real messes I had to clean up. Quick, clean, and well-done. Would definitely go with these guys again.

Our windows were not installed by Creative Remodeling of Orlando; however, we would recommend them to others and we would use them in the future if needed.

I called Creative Remodeling and spoke to Mark. He was very courtious and we made an appointment for him to visit my home and provide a quote to replace all of my windows, which had been in the house since it was built in 1986. Mark was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He had a sample window to show us and was very patient in answering all of my questions. His installer came out to measure the windows and the order was placed. Although Creative Remodeling wasn't the lowest bid we received, we decided to go with Mark because of how comfortable he made us feel with such a major purchase. Mark was very responsive to my phone calls and even made sure my windows were installed in time for Mother's Day since I was having family over!! Our windows look great!! What a difference in looks and comfort!! I would definitely call Mark in the future for any projects that I have!!

Brian met with us a few days after our inquiry and took measurements of the home. He was very helpful in explaining the options for siding for us. CRO's quote was reasonable compared to other quotes. We met with him several times before deciding what work we wished to have done. We really appreciated him coming over in the evenings as my husband and I are very busy. The windows and siding removal began simutanously and the windows were completed in one day. The crew was very nice and professional. There were a few delays due to weather but overall the siding was replaced in about 2 weeks. The crew was in constant contact with my husband regarding the process. The owner Mark McGrath came to the house once the siding was completed and was very nice. The painting started the following week and moved rather quickly aside from a few rain delays. I was very impressed with the paint job and would absolutely recommend the painter to anyone! Overall the quality of the work was really good. Lots of attention to detail. Mark, Brian and the crews remained professional at all times and everything we asked for was completed.

We bought our home mid 2012 understanding that improvements were needed not just inside, but out... specifically with the siding. The home was built with T1-11 type siding and over the years the condition became subpar due to lack of maintenance. After thoroughly researching our options we chose Hardy Board as a longlasting option; on the James Hardie website we found Creative Remodeling as a rep partner in the area and reached out to them for a quote. Our sales contact Brian was extremely professional and walked us through the entire process from quote to invoice... always taking the extra time necessary to ensure the project's was performed to our satisfaction. In addition the installers were timely, clean, and considerate. Bottom line the job was completed on time and on budget... couldn't ask for a better partnership. They were awesome. I sent a request thru Angie's List wondering if they would work in my area. Brian Hoover replied that they did and would come out for an estimate. We discussed what I wanted in a room and he was able to give me the estimate before leaving my house. I mentioned plans to install gutters around my house and Brian told me they could do that too. He gave me a bid based on them being at my house already. The estimate was great. I couldn't pass it up. It didn't take long for the permit and Brian called to say the crew would be out to form the slab and once it passed inspection they would pour the concrete. Once the concrete was done the two men who were constructing the lanai, screen room and installing the gutters got to work. They were progressional and got right to it. From framing the slab to completion took about 2 weeks. Brian called me at each phase of work letting me know what to evpect. I'm more than pleased!

They poored a concret floor for the extension and leveling the lani floor with the house exit doors. They then added the sunroom and integrated it to make a large room fully integrated with the house. Electrical outlets and light fixtures were added thrughout the room. The final step was to add procelain tile to the floor. The end result was a beautiful 425 Sq.Ft. sunroom.

It was great and I might actually use them.

Too long a story since their work involved several sites and multiple years. Overall, I found I could depend on them.

The entire project went smoothly from start to finish regarding CRO's planning & execution of the various stages of demolition & construction. The window manufacturer, however, kept 1 of the windows on back order for several days, which meant those that had been delivered could not be installed until that 1 back order was delivered. The delay was short, but it seemed longer because all of the windows were special order, requiring about a month to be manufactured to the sizes needed for that room. CRO did all of the construction it could do, short of that which required that the windows first be installed. After the job was completely finished we discovered that the roof leaked just above 1 of the windows. It had evidently been leaking for years, but the water simply ran down the screen along witrh the rain, so it was not evident as a leak. We verified that it was indeed the flat roof over the window that was leaking & not the window frame itself, then hired a roofing co., recommended by CRO, to repair it. (This roofing co., Day Roofing, Inc., was excellent, & I will submit a separate report under that category.) Lastly, I had requested, via our initial contract, that CRO provide me with Releases of Lien for itself & all suppliers & subcontractors prior to final payment. All Releases were provided, as requested. We have received many compliments from our neighbors regarding this new sun room. CRO did a truly beautiful job.

Mark and his team were prompt, professional, and their workmanship was excellent. The scheduling was delayed due delivery delays with the door and weather. To ensure completion of the job in a timely manner, the painter, Adam worked long hours and weekend. The entire team kept the work area very clean and ensure my little dogs were not stressed out or in the area under construction.

I phoned Mark to find out if he was able to provide service to install a window, which he wasn't. But he did give a very cheerful and kind recommendation. Just from this conversation I can say that Mark is a professional -- he wasn't able to provide me any service or make any money from the call, but he was still kind and courteous. Cheers!

Mark McGrath, the owner, came to my home and walk around the house and explained everything they do. He then provided an estimate just a few days later. The estimate was on the high side in the event plywood would need to be purchased as a backer. This was not necessary and the price was reduced. Everything that was explained was done to the letter. The entire job went flawlessly and it looks fantastic.

Work was completed professionally and timely.

Brian was very professional and informative.

They were very prompt and their workmanship was great. There was an unfortunate incident that had occur but it was corrected right away. The owner also came over to the house and gave us a gift card and went over board to make things right. I would definitely use this company again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire experience was wonderful. This was a huge project for us. We had been looking at removing the old wood logs on the exterior of the home for a couple years. The front of our home is frame, as is the upstairs. The remainder of the house is block. We had old wood windows that were in terrible shape. We decided it would be best to remove all the siding (which was only on teh frame portion of the home) and replace the windows at the same time that way it would be like a new construction type of situation, which I feel is the best and most weather resistant type of install. We had several quotes for both siding and windows. Frankly, there was so much information out there (especially on windows) that it was paralysis by analysis. In the end we went with Aluminum Clad Jeld Wen Siteline EX windows from Southern Window Design and with James Hardie siding, trim, weather barrier from Creative Remodeling. The Creative Remodeling quote process was handled by Brian, who was wonderful. I received bids from the Certainteed recommended installer, a fully independent contractor and from Creative Remodeling, who is the James Hardie preferred remodeler for the area. Creative Remodeling's quote was in the ball park, but slightly higher than the independent contractor. When I asked Brian to go over the quote with me he identified a number of things that he felt made his quote a better fit for our needs. He did so without bad mouthing the other contractor which I found very refershing. In the end, we just felt more comfortable with Brian and with their very, very extensive experience with the Hardie products. The exterior of your home needs to look good and keep mother nature out and the details that Brian explained about the various trim carpentry methods and flashing methods made me feel as though Creative Remodeling were experts and would take as much care in working on my home as I, myself, would. Creative Remodeling also does windows but they were happy to work with our window contractor on timing and the two crews seemed to have no problems getting things coordinated. The project itself took two weeks, just as Brian said it would. Greg was our foreperson and he was a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. He would answer as many questions as my wife and I could throw at him and he always seemed genuinely interested in our thoughts, comments, feedback. The rest of the crew was wonderful too. I am not sure if they stuck with it but several had just quit smoking a couple weeks before our project and with two small children around, it was nice to not deal with the smoke, odor and cigarette butts. So if the workers read this review - KEEP IT UP!!! In the end, all I can say is that each person needs to make the decision that they are comfortable with. For us, that was Creative Remodeling. I personally like to work on my house myself, so I obsessed over this decision for months and months. As I mentioned, this project, along with $10,000 in windows was a huge investment for us, both emotionally and financially. Creative Remodeling understood that and treated the project like it was important to them, too. For that, we are so very thankful. If you have siding needs, I think you should give them a shot. Please note that I gave a "B" for price. That is not any slight on their bid, it was competitive and they were worth every penny. I simply reserve "A's" for price for providers who somehow manage to provide superior work product at an unbelievably low price. I would say Creative Remodeling provided us with superior work product at a competitive price. The real advantage we got with Creative Remodeling was the benefit of their significant experience with Hardie products at the same price as a contract who is much less experienced with those same materials. So I would give the "value" an "A" if there was such a category.

The work crew showed up when expected, went about their work with total efficeincy. There was not one cross word amoung the crew,, when they ran into a problem they went about making it work without compalining about the salesman, company or any one else. Having dealt with many workmen during the years, this crew ranks up with the best. They cleaned up and took all the old windows and packaging from the new windows with them, vacuumed the rugs and floors. They finished the work in the time promised. When I had a problem with one of the windows, they sent someone out to help me and explain what happened and how to fix it, if it happens again. I feel very pleased we made the right decision to go with this company, I recommend them heartlly.

re-screening the pool enclosure. this included cleaning, fixing previous installer problems and add additional support brackets. a couple of weeks after the install, one panel had a problem with the screening material. A call to Brian Hoover and he had the crew check it and replace the bad screening. extremely happy with the service.

We were served by Brian Hoover who was professional and over saw the patio construction. The patio was built in two days and was constructed of quality material and handled by a professional team who took care of the building, clean up, and answered all our questions. The price was fair and the quality was excellent. It was not too good to be true, it was just a good deal at a good price. I hope to accomplish more work using Creative Remodeling in the future.
